This is a progression video from the design renderings to the installed cabinetry. I don’t alway get to see a finished product after the design and sale of a project. This time I was called out to take care of some adjustments and I was able to see the progress on this Mother/Daughter suite addition that a local contractor was finishing up. The kitchen needs to be cleaned up and the homeowners can take possession of their new space. I’m hoping to be able to come out when all is done to take some quality photos, so stay tuned for those.
LEATHER SHINE! Leather Shine is a must have if you own anything leather or wood. It will replace the natural oils in dry leather as you waterproof, moisturize and protect. This unique blend of pure Bee and Carnauba Wax cleans, restores, and beautifies leather without harmful chemicals. Great for boots, purses, belts, leather gloves, baseball mitts, saddles or anything made of leather. Also, great on bringing out the natural wood on tables and cabinets. Includes a sponge applicator, so a little goes a long way! #cowboyboots#leather#furniture#leathercouch#saddle#baseball#purses#wood#woodtable#woodcabinets cabinets
Black or dark cabinets are now trending based on reports from Euro Cucina in Milan the international Kitchen Exhibition and KBIS in Las Vegas. Also wood cabinets are popular and I'm seeing a lot of blue and green kitchen cabinets in the U.S. dwelling publications. Trends come and go, it's best to choose finishes you like and that work well with your home. White cabinets are classic timeless and never go out of style. We designed this black built-in credenza for one of our recently completed projects.
Know your wood. Study it, figure out how much stain it takes in, figure out how to sand it just right, figure out how to bring out exactly what you want with the right tools and BOOM. There is 1 difference in this picture, exact same stain but I did one thing differently and it made all the difference.... what was it?
Clear counters rank up there with brushed teeth in this house... it’s pretty much non-negotiable. 😁 . . ☝🏼My #1 tip for keeping the clutter at bay is corralling stuff in decorative trays, on plates, or on cake stands to make the stuff that you want to keep out look more like intentional decor and less like a bunch on random junk all over the counter. #lifechanging . . 🤗 Of course we still get clutter sometimes, but I think we’ve got a good system down! A while back, I posted all of my tips in my stories, and there’s a “Clutter Help!” highlight my profile if you want the much (much, much 😬😂) longer explanation of how we keep our counters clear... there’s 9 more tips there!
