What fear is standing in your way? What are you saying to yourself that’s stopping you from playing big? 🤔 . No matter what it is, I can tell you, IT IS the #1 thing blocking you from the success you desire. If that FEAR remains in your subconscious, you will always play smaller than you are and wonder "why am I not where I want to be?" . Good news: our brain uses fear to keep us in the safe & familiar. Why is that good news? 💡 . Because fear is created in our mind, same place success is created! You have the power to remove those fears and replace them with the thoughts & beliefs that create success! I coach clients daily to remove their fear-based blocks. Using my brain based coaching model you can finally get the results you want consistently. 🧠 . Today on the 🎙️Epic Success Podcast🎙️ I’m sharing 3 steps to transform entrepreneur FEAR in your brain. . 👉👉 Key take-aways: . 🔹 “There’s a misbelief that success should always incrementally feel great.” Failure is NOT evidence of things not going well. TO FAIL is your First Attempt In Learning! There’s a difference in how fear and failure are viewed by those who aren’t where they want to be and successful entrepreneurs. [9:23] . 🔹 “Success doesn’t happen by you playing safe.” We try to straddle the bridge between safety and success. Decide that you will no longer rely on safety and instead rely completely on belief. [10:10] . 🔹 “What happens when you become 100% committed to the end result, no matter what, is you STOP holding on so desperately to the how.” When you let fear run your business, you get obsessed with “how?” It’s not about the goal. It’s who you become in the process of the goal. [17:37] . Decide & say “I am committed to ___, no matter what.” It is fully in your control to remove the fear that’s holding you back and prime your brain for success. . Are you a coach or business that helps others transform & want more consistent results

Short list of some of the things I love: Learning Growing Experiencing new things Developing new skills Creating Peanut butter cookies Helping people solve problems Risk taking (to a degree ;-). The more I expand in one area, the better I perform in others. 💥 Years ago, this way of thinking was not encouraged. When I was a young lawyer, I was told that I would never be any good at what I did unless I worked 12 hour days. Every day. That was untenable for me. I remember sitting in the library (one with stacks and stacks of books and no windows) researching some arcane issue thinking “how can I really understand what’s happening in these cases if I have no real world experience?” I quickly concluded that I didn’t only want to experience the world through the lens of conflict, from an air-conditioned, high rise office building. I knew there was more. 🖤 But I had to break free of law firm culture and create my own culture to live life on my terms. To explore and try new things. 🎩 In 1996 California Lawyer and the Los Angeles Daily Journal published articles about me because I was exhibiting my art work, running my own law firm, and trying cases. SIMULTANEOUSLY. 😮 I won my first unanimous fraud and punitive damage verdict the day before the opening of my first solo Los Angeles Show. I think it’s easier now – to be multi-passionate/multi-hyphenate. There are no rules: we can create be do whatever we want. The only limitations are those we set (consciously and unconsciously) for ourselves. So in addition to running three businesses, I invest heavily in my mindset – I work with people who support and empower me in doing all these things. I cultivate relationships with like-minded souls. And I support others in stretching, growing, fully-expressing themselves. I am an unapologetic stand for you bringing your whole self to your work – regardless of the work you do, especially if you are in a position of trust and confidence, if

Working from home - how flexible is your organisation? Technological advances and an increased focus on work-life balance and flexible working arrangements have resulted in more than half of Australia’s population working from home in some capacity or another. As the owner of your own business, you may already have employees who work from home or you may be giving some thought to implementing the practice. Either way, it’s important that you are aware of some key considerations — like the benefits and the risks, how to best ensure the physical and emotional health of employees who work from home, knowing in which situations it is appropriate for an employee to work from home, and how your insurance coverage is affected by flexible working arrangements. If you aren’t quite in the know when it comes to employees who work from home, contact us to find out more.
