*insert emotional post about how far I’ve come lol* . But really I’m so very grateful for all that’s happened to me the last 10 years. Many things that I thought were going to work out.. DIDNT. I look back knowing that everything that happened, happened FOR ME to be where I am today. I look forward knowing everything that happens on the journey is happening FOR me to get where I’m going . Don’t EVER underestimate where you can be in 10 years. Society wants instant gratification today - but if you can get 1% better everyday in 10 years you’ll have a completely different life. 👍🏼 . I’ll NEVER forget when I first started talking about buying apartment communities.. 🏢 ⠀⠀ Most people told me I was... ⠀⠀ “Crazy” “Full of shit” “Going to fail” ⠀⠀ Most people told me to... ⠀⠀ “Do a fix and flip” “Become an agent” “Wholesale a single family” “Get a real job” ⠀⠀ But within that same year, I partnered on the GP of over $10,000,000 of Multifamily Real Estate. 🤷♂️ ⠀⠀ If I listened to most people... 🤔 ⠀⠀ I’d be where most people are... ⠀⠀ Stuck.. and asking for permission to live. 🙅♂️ ⠀⠀ People will give you 1,000 reasons NOT do to something. (Cause they’re soft) 😂 ⠀⠀ But the ONLY one you should listen to is YOUR reason why you SHOULD!
° IT'S MONDAY'S MONEY° Today a couple words about one of the best salesmen on earth : Grant Cardone. Grant Cardone is an American author, sales trainer, real estate investor, and motivational speaker. He is New York Times best-selling author, and radio show host of The Cardone Zone. Grant is also known for television series Turnaround King . Grant Cardone was born on March 21, 1958, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA. In his childhood Grant lost his father at 10 years old, and with it, their super fun, carefree lifestyle of living on the lake, enjoying a big beautiful house, and loving Louisiana. Growing up without a father was incredibly difficult for Grant, so, as life goes he began to struggle with authority and drugs. He had always had these huge dreams he said, dreams of success, fame and fortune. Indestructible fortune. And as life went on, and the success didn’t come, it ate at his self esteem and worth. He tries to go to college, wasting his time in parties. Anyways, after college, he gets a job as a car salesman. He really hates it though, and doesn’t truly apply himself or focus at work like he should. His drug use progressed so badly, Grant was destroyed his life, his own mom couldn’t even recognize him at the hospital. He decided to put himself through in-patient treatment. So after Grant gets out, he dedicates himself fully and completely to achieving success. At the age of 25, he finally gets his shit straight, as you can so glamorously phrase it, and starts working hard to accomplish his goals and dreams. He decides to become great at a job he hates, selling cars, just to see if he could become the best in his field. Grant saved every penny he earned, and eventually was ready to make huge investing plays in real estate. He started writing books, hosting sales seminars, and with tons of hard work and a laser like focus became millionaire 10 years after. He runs many businesses and he wrote seven books, one of the most famous is The 10X Rule.
Listening to some Uncle G on my 3 hour ride back home tonight after another thrash weekend clearing the plate so I can get into what the next part of my life will look like. Chapter 14 is talking about taking action, massive action. However, after a total of 7 years taking massive action, it must be applied in an area and way that moves you towards the goal post, not just spinning your wheels without results. I'm keeping my eye on the prize of having my life back in about another month and a half so I can regroup and spend the next 7 years working on something else. If I put the same sacrifice and energy into what's next, I can do anything. @grantcardone #motivation#roadtrip#smallbusiness#nodaysoff#tired#beatdeadhorses#cleanslate#wrapthatshitupb#betterwrapthatshitup#wrapitup#uncleg#audiobooks#whosgotmymoney
I told one of my mentors once “I just wanna make six figures annually” ....for whatever reason that was a big goal of mine when I was younger. He said “why not six figures a month?”.....🤯🤯🤯 at that time, it had never even occurred to me that that was an option. Put yourself around successful people so that you can then strive to reach that level. #whosgotmymoney#10x#funcoupons

I’m up before you, and still grinding when you tuck yourself in at night. That, is the difference. #10x#whosgotmymoney#funcoupons @danlok with @get_repost ・・・ I'm still here... . Everyone else has left for the night. . Most people are tucking themselves in. . Most people are watching Netflix. . But I'm still here... . Why? . Obsession. . Because I know that if I don't keep learning and growing, my competition is. . If I don't keep striving to new heights, someone else will. . And if I don't keep practicing and improving my skills, I won't be able to have an even bigger impact. . I'm obsessed with learning and martial arts. . Some people are obsessed with ping pong. Accounting. Dancing. Or even origami. . What is your obsession that you would lose sleep for? . Let me know in the comments.
