Big ole filet of wild caught salmon with sautéed veggies (some colorful broccoli, butternut squash, & arugula/spinach blend all in a little avo oil), on a big bed of cauliflower rice. . —— There’s a ton of debate and study regarding wild caught vs farm raised salmon. Most studies conclude that wild caught contain less overall contaminants. It also comes with a higher price tag. My humble opinion: wild caught salmon is a GREAT choice, and farm raised salmon is a GOOD alternative. YOU DO YOU, PEOPLE 👏🏼👏🏼
