It takes 2 girls to form a friendship, 105 minutes to get just sweaty enough, countless rides (except we know our number) to handle the most brutal classes with the right form. It takes 21 days to form a habit. @SoulCycle on Saturday mornings is ourz. 💛💛
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚫️ The Hope of the Polka Dots Buried in Infinity Will Eternally Cover the Universe, 2019. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚫️ Pumpkin, 2019. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #草間彌生#yayoikusama#polkadots#pumpkin#artgram#arts
In the Cinque Terre, my favorite two towns were Riomaggiore (featured above) and Manarola. They had the most to see, do, and - most importantly - eat. Both towns have gluten free options in different restaurants, a gluten free gelato shop, and/or a gluten free pizzeria. I never know till I start walking around what food options are gonna be like when I’m traveling but I’m please to say italy has not disappointed. It has had the best gluten free options so far country wide.
Experience: The shot is from the breathtaking view outside a monastery where kids were cliff jumping into water shortly before the onset of high tides to learn swimming. We were filming there and caught this soul conditioning moment where These monk-eys having fun. It was a relief in the middle of work. 💯 Location: Thailand📍 PC: @shubh.mukherjee
Country roads, take me home... ⠀⠀ Landed in StL and on my way to SMALL town Illinois. Like, 350 people small. 😬 technically my hometown isn’t even a town lol, it’s a village! ⠀⠀ It’s not the most exciting place in the world, but it’s home. And there’s always something special about driving those familiar back country roads to the house I lived in for the first 25 years of my life 💗🏡 ⠀⠀ Anyone else from a small town?? Love it? Hate it? ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ #mistressoftheworld#midwestmoment#countryroads
I’m a morning person. My husband isn’t. However, this trip has been packed with mountain hiking and camping in high winds so a little more shut eye is wanted. But this morning’s sunrise was worth for the both of us the early wake up call. This view beats any cup of hot coffee any day.
As a big ‘ol art history nerd 🤓 churches and scared architecture in general are some of my favourite sites to visit when travelling. They are wonderful microcosms of time period specific artwork and architecture 🕊 #arthistory#sacredspaces#munich
What sets Chinese astrology apart from Western astrology? The West follows a 12-month zodiac cycle while the Chinese follow a 12-year cycle. The two are similar because they both use symbols to communicate ideas. Chinese symbols are based on 12 animals – Zi Rat, Chou Ox, Yin Tiger, Mao Rabbit, Chen Dragon, Si Snake, Wu Horse, Wei Sheep, Shen Monkey, You Rooster, Xu Dog and Hai Pig. According to Chinese myth, the Jade Emperor, ruler of the earth and heavens, chose the animals of the zodiac. The pig arrived last, becoming the last animal of the 12-year zodiac. And according to the Chinese New Year, 2019 is the Year of the Pig. 🐷 Happy Chinese New Year! 🧧 #chinesenewyear
