Do my daily workout posts inspire you or annoy you? . Truth be told, I use to silently judge ppl as I scrolled by their sweaty selfies... not because of them, but because of me. . Because, it was a reminder of what I wasn’t doing... but, should be doing. . I’d think things like it must be nice to ...have the time, money or the luxury to workout/eat healthy/etc. . If only I didn’t have to work crazy hours, pay off debt, or if I wasn’t so bone tired... I’d do it too. . Except when I had the time, the money and energy... I still didn’t do it; . You know what made the difference?! . I realized it was a CHOICE! . I realized I was choosing NOT to take care of me... & that was unsettling! . Friends: let me tell ya... - I work out 20 mins a day from home . There is time! . - If you divide my yearly subscription by 365 .. it’s less than 30 cents a day! - Lee & I spent $112 (for 2 ppl) this week on healthy & organic groceries - I pay less than $4/day for my superfoods! . I save more $$ now that I eat health, trust me, You can afford it! . - & everyday I wake up CHOOSING to do something for myself & 5 years and a bun in the oven later ...I’m not only still doing it but I’m better because of it! . My business partner & I are running a group starting next week focused on implementing this kind of lifestyle... no matter the season of life; let us love on you, teach you & support you as you do it!! . What was I thinking about in these photos you ask? Literally....thinking about eating!!!! Just finished a killer cardio workout and I’m so hungry!!!! I feel the best I have in weeks and I was able to really push it in my workout and as a result I’m hungry 😍❤️🙌🏼! I do fasted cardio because I wake up early and do cardio right away and would hork everywhere if I ate anything besides my preworkout before. So I’m dreaming of taco Tuesday in these photos 😂😂😂. Yep. I’m that simple minded and easy to please! I’m about to go have my breakfast shake and then get in the shower! Wooooo to the hooo hooo hooo! Happy Tuesday friends. Cardio done.
