В жизни можно встретить 16-летних мудрецов и 50-летних дураков, простите, никого не хочу обидеть. Возраст- это лишь система подсчёта сколько человек прожил. Итак, возраст - это опыт. Плохой или хороший, но это опыт. Главное, делать выводы и исправлять свои ошибки. Об этом я часто говорю своим детям. В.- это осмысление. Начинаешь мыслить глубже, просчитывая на несколько ходов вперёд. В.- это ответственность. Она и приходит с возрастом. В.- это ценности. Ты начинаешь ценить то, что не ценил в юности. Например, друзей. Детей. А главное, Родителей. Ты начинаешь искать любой момент, чтобы забежать, поболтать, увидеть из настроение и если надо, поддержать. В.- это сентиментальность. С возрастом слез становится больше, начинаешь привыкать к их соленому вкусу. А какие уроки вы вынесли из жизни? 💥MY FAT LOSS JOURNEY💥 💪🏼When people hear about my weight loss journey, the most noticeable change is my physique...unsurprisingly. While it's great to have gotten rid of the excess 75 lbs, my biggest success is finally cultivating a healthy relationship with food. It's commonly assumed that being slim instantly leads to joy, confidence & ease but that's far from the truth. 🍩BEFORE my journey, I grew up morbidly obese & paid little concern to what I was eating. I avoided exercise at all costs. Vegetables weren't in my vocabulary. A typical day would include Pringles, Yazoo milk, a Kit Kat Chunky bar, glazed donuts, Indo Mi noodles...plus more. 🏃🏽♀️DURING my journey, numbers dictated my diet. Counting points, calories, macros- I've done it all. My food choices were based around rules I had created for myself e.g. "Low carb at dinner if I ate carbs with lunch". My weeks started with at least a 10 KM run every Monday...if not more. Meals out meant scanning the menu obsessively to ensure I could find suitable options. The scales ruled my mood. ⚖️At this point of my journey I'm still eating, I'm still working out...but the intention behind my choices are completely different. I eat a nutrient-dense diet because I know how it positively impacts every other area of my life. I move my body whenever I can because that's what it was designed to do. I make food choices based on what I want to eat rather than think I need. Food is a part of my life...it doesn't control my life. It brings joy, rather than create anxiety. 👇🏻And while this journey is ongoing, what I will end with is this: 🔹Find joy in the food you eat. 🔹Prioritise your relationship with food. 🔹Constantly remind yourself that no matter what stage of your journey you are in, YOU are worthy beyond measure. No weight, food, or exercise

So I did a thing... A huge step outside my comfort zone as I stepped up on stage at a corporate doTERRA event to educate the room on essential oils. And I had the most amazing time... I left feeling completely filled up. After the event having people come up and thank me and share how much these oils have changed their lives really taps hard on your heart. This is my passion. This is the work and why I love doing it. Adding value to others and helping them live a healthier life where they once felt like the only option was another pill or over-the-counter drug. Or maybe that they didn’t realize they had another option that was actually a natural solution and way more effective 🤷🏼♀️. I meet people like this everyday. Just made up this diy hand wash, a gift for a friend. It's so super easy to make, doesn't cost a lot of money and will last you a very long time. The plus side of making your own handwash - you know the ingredients! All you need is: • 2 Tablespoons of Castille soap • 1 Teaspoon of fractionated coconut oil • 15 drops of OnGuard • 10 drops of Geranium => fill up with either boiled water or distilled water and mix together.
