🏋🏻♀️ LIFTING / WOW 🏋🏻♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ During my small group training I did my 5x5 work set for squats at 100 lbs. This was the first time in my squats where I felt the weight was starting to get difficult towards the end. I finished my last set while the others moved on so I was able to record it and I’m proud to say that my form still looks good despite the difficulty I felt during. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Workout shown from “Activity” app for iOS and tracked using my Apple Watch series 4.
