Hands up if you love filling snack during a busy work day👩🏻‍💻 🙌🏼⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recently a client mentioned to me she was drinking a green juice as a snack between meetings at work. But she said during the meetings she would be starving, which caused her to reach for the cookies or other treats they had on the table in the conference room even though she didn’t really want to have them. This was happening so often and it was really interfering with her weight loss goal. Healthy & Delicious Apple Muffins!  Method: Preheat your oven to 180 C. Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple, oats, flour, baking powder and dried apple. Add the flax eggs, almond milk, agave nectar and vanilla essence and mix until combined. Line a muffin tray with 9 cupcake cases and divide the mixture between each case. Training for weight loss is not super complicated. In fact, what is provided here is not the only way to train for weight loss, it is just what I have found to be the most effective in my time as a fitness professional.  When training for weight loss, aside from losing weight your objective should be:  Developing efficient movement pattern  Increasing muscular endurance  Increasing stamina  Improving coordination and spatial awareness  Increasing flexibility and mobility  Building a good foundation for strength building  It is important to set other measurable goals outside of weight loss to avoid too much focus on the scale (outcome). Focus only on the outcome does not usually lead to long-term commitment. There must be focus on the process, the process is the journey. 3 DAY-SPLIT - The 3-day split is one of the best programs you can do if you are a beginner on your fitness journey. It’ll give you a good place to start by providing a good starting amount of training volume and you still 4 solid rest days. Just make sure if you decide to do a 3-day split, do it right. - On a 3-day split, it’ll be split up into 3 full body days. Throughout those 3 days, for both your upper and lower body, you’ll be training for strength as well as for hypertrophy, and you’ll get at least 1 day of rest in between each workout. The split will look as follows throughout the week: … Day 1: Full Body / Day 2: Rest / Day 3: Full Body / Day 4: Rest / Day 5: Full Body / Day 6: Rest / Day 7: Rest - On the strength exercises, try to focus on hitting heavy weight for low reps (anywhere in the 3-8 rep range should be fine). The goal of the strength days is to create more muscle building potential. - Hypertrophy exercises will focus on moderate weight, higher rep exercises (in the 8-12 rep range). Last Sunday lunch things with @namrata_momzandmore  We had a faux vacay experience at the beach themed restaurant @vagatorbeachshack with a few sips & chats. A good end to the week & this week is ending great too with a long weekend & our mini vacay. Tall A baby A n me are out on a much needed relaxing break; be ready for some vacation spam on stories 😛. As I plan to just chill by the resort pool & do absolutely nothing. . @rookiemums asked me a very valid question & it’s one which I have been asked by quite a few of you. . WHAT DO I EAT WHEN I GO OUT WHEN I AM ON KETO? . Sorry I should have answered this before. Ok as I have mentioned, cheating on Keto is futile. If you take some carbs or sugar, say a small portion, you are essentially kicked out of Ketosis. This sets you further back than you would want. So personally I don’t cheat on Keto. . I do take breaks, which are very very spaced out, maybe once in two months & these are planned breaks. Like I will take one now while on vacation. Anyway, more on that later as I am still working out the kinks of that one. Now about what do I eat when I go out. . I don’t do very clean Keto, that is when I go out I end up eating food which may have some spices & oil etc which aren’t Keto compliant. And I am ok doing that. But I steer clear of Carbs, Sugar, any type of sugary flavouring, syrup based drinks etc. . I am a non vegetarian, fact is I have a lot of options. If the cuisine is Indian, I order any Tandoori or Kebab item. In case of Continental, I order a grilled chicken or fish. With a side of veggies mostly loaded in butter 😀. Italian; I choose a baked or grilled meat option. I just don’t eat the breads, pasta, rice Roti. If my family orders a gravy & some breads. I eat say the  sabjis🤷🏻‍♀️ I also choose the non syrup based drinks. I order sugar free versions. Mushrooms, cauliflower, paneer, Chicken, Fish, prawns , the options are endless actually. I don’t feel like I am missing out on

Happy #facetofacefriday, everyone! . Like I’ve said in previous posts, my face has always been chunky, no matter how much I weighed. It’s apart of who I am, lol. What isn’t, is how swollen my face is on the left. I had an extremely poor diet that consisted of way too much sodium, sugar, and simple carbs. I don’t cut any of those above out, but I definitely only enjoy them in moderation..and it shows. . 🇨🇱Austin hotel gyms were on point. Besides all of our “fitcation” fitness activities, I have been able to keep up with my usual workouts. I love that I can take my laptop, push play on my on-demand workout and use hotel gyms to keep up with my regular workout calendar!. . .✨What’s the best hotel gym you’ve ever experienced?
