We all want to take care of ourselves, to live long, happy, healthy lives. And whats great is that, for the most part, it’s in our control! I know there’s a fad around fitness right now, which in a lot of ways is great! But it can feel exclusive sometimes, like fitness is only for the fit. But the fact of the matter is this: Everyone on this planet needs exercise to live a happy, healthy life. That doesn’t mean you have to lift weights, go to the gym, or do long distance running. It just means that you have to MOVE. Go for walks, swim if you can, get outside and soak up the sun. Do anything you can to get your heart rate up. If you love the gym, than keep it up! I was the girl who would lay awake every night thinking about all the mistakes I made throughout the day, beating myself up about it. Thinking to myself.. I will wake up early, I will eat healthy tomorrow.. I can do this! Then morning comes along and there is no way I’m getting out of bed.. and then it’s just the same thing all over again. I was just spinning my wheels, always unhappy with myself.. 😔 . . Seriously weight loss is so hard. It took me 6 years since I gained all the weight when I got pregnant. I knew what I had to do to lose the weight.. it was just actually doing it that was the problem.😫 But if I could go back to 6 years ago I would slap myself in the face for not just doing it!🤷🏼♀️ Everyday I wake up early now with ease, I feel good, I have energy, I can keep up with my own kids..plus many more! 😋 🍤 Quick Keto Spicy Curry Shrimp x Greens by @_icaneatthat 🌶🦐 😍 Tag someone who would love this 😋 , , Here's a quick 15 min Recipe🍴: 1 lb shrimp 4 cups Collard Greens 2 Tbsp minced Garlic 1/2 chopped Yellow onion 1 chopped scallion 3 Tbsp Red Chili Powder (Indian) 1 Tsp ground Ginger 1/4 Tbsp Black Pepper 2 Tsp Cumin 1Tbsp curry powder 1Tsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Tumeric 2 Bay Leaves 1 juice of whole lemon 3 Tbsp butter 4 Tbsp Heavy Cream 1. Add 2 Tbs butter to pan, once melted add onions, garlic. Let em cook down until theyre golden brown. 2. Toss in 1 Tbs of butter to pan and add collards. Once they cook down, and you know they're good add all your seasoning to the pan and mix. 3. Add 1Tbs of butter and Heavy Cream to greens and throw in the shrimp. 4. Happy Easter! I have spent every holiday for the last 4 years alone and/or working. I'm not one for tradition, so I made myself a little meatloaf! It's just ground beef, onion, minced garlic, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, G Hughes ketchup and hickory bbq sauce. Keto delish! Will probably eat the entire thing tonight at work!

ROWS⚡- the staple of back exercises, rows should be one of your most frequently trained movements. Train them often, work in multiple variations, and switch up your grips. Row, row again, and then row some more. . . DEADLIFT⚡- this full body compound movement is excellent for working the entire back, startingfrom the lower back and making its way up. Work to build this movement stronger. Keep the repslow, and work with a weight that challenges you. Aim to progress weekly. . . REVERSE FLY⚡- the often forgot about, reverse fly, is an excellent movement to fix up your posture and build your traps, and rear delts. Reverse flys are an excellent warmup on any day asthey work to fix up your posture. Zone in on squeezing your shoulder blades together with thismovement.
