I was the girl who would lay awake every night thinking about all the mistakes I made throughout the day, beating myself up about it. Thinking to myself.. I will wake up early, I will eat healthy tomorrow.. I can do this! Then morning comes along and there is no way I’m getting out of bed.. and then it’s just the same thing all over again. I was just spinning my wheels, always unhappy with myself.. 😔 . . Seriously weight loss is so hard. It took me 6 years since I gained all the weight when I got pregnant. I knew what I had to do to lose the weight.. it was just actually doing it that was the problem.😫 But if I could go back to 6 years ago I would slap myself in the face for not just doing it!🤷🏼‍♀️ Everyday I wake up early now with ease, I feel good, I have energy, I can keep up with my own kids..plus many more! 😋⁣⁣ 🍤 Quick Keto Spicy Curry Shrimp x Greens by @_icaneatthat 🌶🦐⁣⁣ ⁣⁣😍 Tag someone who would love this 😋 , , ⁣⁣ Here's a quick 15 min Recipe🍴:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1 lb shrimp⁣⁣ 4 cups Collard Greens⁣⁣ 2 Tbsp minced Garlic ⁣⁣ 1/2 chopped Yellow onion⁣⁣ 1 chopped scallion⁣⁣ 3 Tbsp Red Chili Powder (Indian)⁣⁣ 1 Tsp ground Ginger ⁣⁣ 1/4 Tbsp Black Pepper⁣⁣ 2 Tsp Cumin⁣⁣ 1Tbsp curry powder ⁣⁣ 1Tsp Paprika⁣⁣ 1 Tbsp Tumeric⁣⁣ 2 Bay Leaves⁣⁣ 1 juice of whole lemon⁣⁣ 3 Tbsp butter⁣⁣ 4 Tbsp Heavy Cream⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1. Add 2 Tbs butter to pan, once melted add onions, garlic. Let em cook down until theyre golden brown.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 2. Toss in 1 Tbs of butter to pan and add collards. 😋 Perfect keto dish for Easter Sunday!😍🐣Broccoli Cauliflower Rice Casserole from @ketointexas . . . Ingredients * 1/2 cup of real bacon crumbles (I used Costco brand) * 12 Oz of riced cauliflower * 32 Oz broccoli florets * Chopped fresh chives * 1/2 cup sour cream * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese * 1 cup shredded colby & monterey jack cheese blend * 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese * black pepper to taste * Pink salt to taste  Instructions * Preheat oven to 400 degrees. * Steam cauliflower and broccoli. I used the ones you can steam in the bags. * Combine sour cream, mayo, pink salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the steamed riced cauliflower & broccoli florets, bacon crumbles, Parmesan cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and desired amount of chives & mix well. I added more pink salt and black pepper as needed. * Transfer to a baking dish and top with Colby & monterey jack cheese and left over chives. * Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese browns. Enjoy! . Happy Easter! I have spent every holiday for the last 4 years alone and/or working. I'm not one for tradition, so I made myself a little meatloaf! It's just ground beef, onion, minced garlic, shredded cheese, Worcestershire sauce, G Hughes ketchup and hickory bbq sauce. Keto delish! Will probably eat the entire thing tonight at work!

Pull-ups are great because they allow you to work with your own Bodyweight as you aim to build up strength with them. Aim for 3 sets of 10, then start to add weight to your pull-ups. . . ROWS⚡- the staple of back exercises, rows should be one of your most frequently trained movements. Train them often, work in multiple variations, and switch up your grips. Row, row again, and then row some more. . . DEADLIFT⚡- this full body compound movement is excellent for working the entire back, startingfrom the lower back and making its way up. Work to build this movement stronger. Keep the repslow, and work with a weight that challenges you. Aim to progress weekly. . . REVERSE FLY⚡- the often forgot about, reverse fly, is an excellent movement to fix up your posture and build your traps, and rear delts. Reverse flys are an excellent warmup on any day asthey work to fix up your posture. Zone in on squeezing your shoulder blades together with thismovement. I have been seeing a lot of posts and awesome results from egg fasts. I feel like I have hit a plateau and need to change it up a bit! 🥚 🍳  Starting tomorrow I will begin my 3-5 day egg fast. I am not sure how long I will go. I will be committing to 3 days for sure and go from there. I will be sticking to the 6 eggs a day, 1 tbs of healthy fat per egg, and 1 oz of cheese. I still plan to stick to a 16/8 fasting window and to stop eating after 7pm. 🥚 🧀  For this first fast I will be easing into it. My coffee in the morning will still have HWC, I’m not going to worry about eating my first egg a half hour after waking up, and I’m not going to stress over getting the fats and cheese count in per egg. Same Dress 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 . 👉🏼225 LBS.👉🏼200 LBS.👉🏼175 LBS. . Sometimes I wonder if things are still working and I get really discouraged, ESPECIALLY when the scale doesn't move for 4 weeks! Honestly this weekend has been complete hiatus from my normal meal plan and exercise routine, because I feel like I'm in a rut, and not seeing those changes on the scale. Not to mention its #sharkweek and the chocolate cravings got me like 🍫😻🍫😻🍫😻🍫 . Then my photographer sends me pictures from my last photoshoot and I I see the non-scale goals and BIG progress still happening. . 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀 . I realize acting totally crazy-obsessive is normal when you want something so badly (right?) and even after over a year and a half of losing and keeping off over 80lbs, I fall victim to body dysmorphia. Never treat the scale as your only way to measure progress, it's the number one thing I tell my own fitness group not to do! 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼Transformations take time. PERIOD. Everyone is staring"⠀ ⠀ If eating dinner tonight with others scares you here is my suggestion-- ⠀ ⠀ FOCUS ON THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU, NOT THE FOOD. ⠀ ⠀ Let the food fears and thoughts go and slip into the present moment.
