Today's mid morning snack! Haven't posted pictures of my food in so long! Here we have 160g of cucumber as well as 3 lighter cheese triangles! . Total of 90 calories seems as it's not long before lunch time! . Yesterday I started logging again using MyFitnessPal. I aim for 1812 calories a day (carbs/protein/fat - 50/30/20). These were calculated using the TDEE calculator (https://tdeecalculator.net) . My target by Christmas is to be 170lbs. Having weighed myself this morning, I am only 7lbs away! The last few weeks I've been maintaining a steady weight with hardly any fluctuation without logging, so I know I can make some decent damage by Christmas morning (my birthday!) . On a plus, I am just 1lbs away from being out of the obese category! Sleep, it’s something we do every single day. Yet, most of the human beings on earth don’t know to properly do it. Why? Because nobody ever taught you how to do it! ▪ To get the most out of your 7-8-9 hours (that’s how much you should be getting) you want to setting yourself up for a solid night’s of sleep DURING THE DAY!!! Sounds weird right? But it’s true! ▪ No caffeine after 3-4 PM, you don’t want to have caffeine in your system when you go to sleep. That’ll impair sleep quality. Just as having a lot of food to digest. Don’t eat a big meal 2-3 hours before bed. ▪ Don’t drink late either, this might wake you up because you have to pee. And TRY to not have to train late at night. Training late at night will impair sleep quality. ▪ Plan your next day so you know exactly what you’ll be doing and you don’t hit your bed thinking about a gazillion things. This one is HUGE. ▪ Keep your room cold. This will help you. You’ll thank me later. Block out screens (or use f.lux) to block out blue light, this will mess with your biological clock. Blacking out your room will massively help you. ▪ And lastly, studies have shown that ALL human beings have the best sleep between 10pm and 2pm.
