Food today has not been pretty and dinner certainly wasn’t easy on the eye 🤪 so pic of last nights amazing Omelette and beans 😍 I say amazing because I feel a huge sense of achievement when it end up in this form and not scrambled eggs! 😂 Such a fab option for breakfast, lunch or dinner! And sooo filling!
Before I start, let me say that the weighing scale used properly and with the right intentions can be a great tool to gage progress. _ But the thing is, in my experience it isn’t used correctly, and people use it with the wrong idea _ You don’t have to weigh yourself. _ There are plenty of other tools and in my personal opinion better tools to measure progress; Measurements, pictures, do clothes fit better? And the ultimate are you feeling better? _ We have become so obsessed with how much we weigh that we have completely forgotten how we actually feel. _ If your clothes fit better, you’re losing inches and you’re feeling good, who cares if you weigh 12 or 13 stone. _ I have clients who don’t know how much they weigh. Some people may see that as a bad thing. But I like the idea of not using it. HONEST POST• I have recently been giving myself 0 credit for how I’m doing, I had 4 days off and ‘gained’ weight which I no will come off so quickly. I'm not going to post my results tonight because I'm in a grump 😠 Really getting pissed off with all of this now, the last three weeks have been up and down. . . I literally have one off plan day and get a massive gain. I see people on here and they say they've had loads of meals out and stuff and still manage to lose 😠 . . This morning I felt really good in my clothes and I am constantly getting on the scales to reassure myself which I don't think is healthy. Don't know what to do, thinking about giving it all up tbh.
