That one more party you attend can be your PRECIOUS sleep TIME that fuels you with all the ENERGY you need for the rest of the day to be PRODUCTIVE. That half an hour-long chat can be your WORKOUT time where you choose to IMPROVE your body and HEALTH. ✨ It’s not that parties are bad, friends should be ignored or you shouldn’t be texting anybody. ✨ It’s that you should DECIDE what are the REASONS behind your ACTIONS. Are you doing them because you enjoy them? Are you doing them because everyone else is doing them? ✨ Are you afraid that your friends will “remove” you from their circle if you don’t go to another party? Are you worried that if you don’t watch that one more episode you won’t have anything to discuss with them? Are you texting them because you’re simply bored? ✨ FACE the REASONS behind your actions. That is when you’ll be able to understand which one you WANT to prioritize, which one you want to make TIME for and which ones aren’t as IMPORTANT as you think they are.
"Count the memories, not the calories" (not sure who's quote...)⠀ ⠀ I love eating, eating out, eating at social occasions, just eating. I love food. Being Indian, means we always lay out the food when people are over. Food is associated with happiness, fun, social occasions. It's been sooo tough to eat with a lot of restrictions whilst working on cleaning up my system. But it also means that I've been introduced to a lot more options than I had before. ⠀ ⠀ The healthier I eat, the better I feel...⠀ The better I feel, the more energy I have⠀ The more energy I have the more fun I have with my girls...⠀ And the more I focus on my business⠀ But it’s tough ⠀ And nothing makes me smile more than when I eat out and it actually ticks all the boxes of what I CAN eat. Saying goodbye to watching the sunrise close to Wynn hotel in Macau! Pretty sure I will find other beautiful spots to watch the sunrise or the sunset, but I have learned a lot about who I am during the last year with this view. Consequently, I am pretty grateful!

Something new, something awesome! But many, when going after this idea, don’t think about the work. People want to invent things but they don’t think about what they have to do to invent that something. As long as you’re willing I put in the work, then you’ll make that idea a reality. Because you were willing to put in work and give the thought in your mind, a form, a shape. Our minds can give use limitless ideas, yet our bodies only can do a limited amount before we die. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even act on our ideas. We let them die with us, in the graveyard. If you have an idea you’re truly passionate about, go for it. Because the only person that can stop you, is you. Die with no regrets ladies and gentleman.
Let yourself feel. Let yourself heal. Lean into what you’ve been pushing away. Allow what you’ve been avoiding. The pain, discomfort and frustration could be exactly what you need in order to call in what you’re seeking: relationship, health, abundance, security... The more you avoid, the more the discomfort spreads. Like an infection. It may start in one place, then spread to another. And another. As we avoid tending to our pain, we allow it to seep and sneak into other daily matters. How we show up can become affected, also infected. Clean the wounds with words and communication. Soak in truth and touch with tender talk. It may sting. This is good. This means we are feeling. Feeling what needs to come up so that it may come out. Corey Hart last night at Rogers Arena - Amazing show and an amazing man!!! Massively enjoyed the whole show but this had me in tears because of my own personal relevance I put on it It sums up in those words my feelings surrounding my fitness journey: “So if you're lost and on your own You can never surrender And if your path won't lead you home You can never surrender And when the night is cold and dark You can see, you can see light Cause no one can take away your right To fight and never surrender” I’ve had a lot thrown at me but I will always believe I can and will fight through it - and I am thankful every day that I have people around me that cheer me on Never Surrender!!!
Only you are responsible for your emotions you can’t play the victim or the blame game. It was simply your own made up prediction. Feelings + Predictions * Sensation / Emotion = Self Destructions. Sensation is physical cause and effect. For instance. Ask your self are you: Tired. Did you not get enough sleep Hungry Dehydrated Sensation are not an effect from sadness, depression, loneliness or hate and resentment. A sensation isn’t a feeling and a feeling isn’t a cause an effect from an emotions. Sensations are not feelings or emotions they are your body searching for an explanation or your body preparing battle. They have no correlation to made up feelings or predicated emotions, our body wasn’t made that way you/we created that debilitating nonsense. We have paralyzed our own life by false predications. And so the lesson here is that emotions which seem to happen to you are actually made by you. We were only prewired with simple feelings. calmness agitation, excitement comfort discomfort. The rest were predications we created like anxiety, shame, resentment and then we predicted and attached them to experiences, physical movement and a word. We created these they were not hardwired in us. Have you got any working traditions? I’m all about shifting balance during hectic times, so to get into a solid summer rhythm with work, I need to keep certain traditions intact. . One of my faves is clocking time outside ⏰ in the early afternoon AND later evening for a full mental shift and recalibrated stress level. .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I take these breaks from work tasks to pour into my mental health and tiny family, which are the reason I put in the hours all year anyway. . Today was one of the hottest days I've ever experienced since moving to Germany. I thought I was going to go crazy and be couldn't handle the sun burning on my already close to black skin but I was wrong. I read an article yesterday which said the way we handle heat can - like lot's of other things - be regulated in our brains. So instead of going crazy today I decided to give my body the chance to accept the heat and deal with it on the must normal way possible. I told my self it was okay and tried to disconnect my head from thinking I was going to melt every second. Miraculously it seemed to work as I pulled my heavy luggage through Berlin at 38 degree Celsius. I don't know if this will work every time but I hope it does, otherwise I don't know how I'll stand the heat these days! Now I'm on my way back, contemplating the most beautiful sunset from the train window and somehow wishing the sun would be as harmless as it seems while going down behind the hills 🌞
