Grab something you can slide your foot with, wrap a band around your feet and have something to push onto your knee - this is a great whole body warm up! . This works on eccentrically loading up the hamstrings 👌 while maintaining an isometric hold of the hip flexors on the other side. What pushing with the stick does is activate your lats and drives further anterior core action 👊 . Knock off 2x6 for a warm up and it’ll feel like a new hip!
