Just feel like every impact is a lot heavier and taking a toll on my body. My legs are super tight especially hamstrings they actually feel damaged but holding out since I have a couple weeks till a week long vacation. It was really tough today to jump with good technique. I kept twisting my foot like it couldn’t handle my speed or force. My max height checks were decent and my standing vert was about as good as it’s been these last couple months
Single leg box jumps Not your typical single leg box jump. Focused mainly on just the use of my legs. This will help with your leg strength, explosiveness, stability, and athleticism. Changed it up a bit by holding a plate so I eliminate using my arms, and adding weight. With the plate I did a regular jump at the loaded position I am comfortable with. Then, I went with a deeper loaded position (very difficult). Overall this was very challenging. Feel free to change the box height as well as the weight.
