So called myself going raw well I got through 2 days eating raw ranch salad but it ended up being semi raw because I added vegan bacon but we got all the nutrients needed from the raw kale, spinach, cia seeds , cucumbers, tomatoes & herbs then we did 2 days of low cooked food chorizo with cashew queso to the left & beyond meat brat on vegan pretzel sausage bun with my creamy creole cheese sauce & lightly sauteed red onions it was all fire so tomorrow back to the raw making butternut squash, raw cashew garlic suace, spinach & kale, shredded mozzarella salad & I make some bomb juices & infused waters that will have you feeling great in my journey to perfection! #semirawvegan#vegan#goodveganfood#healthiswealth#spiritualfood#healthyspirit#animalcrueltyfree#nondairy#vegansalad#veganchorizo

Yes I eat my salads out of mixing bowls. But more importantly I’ve been eating this salad for lunches for the past week straight because they’re so delicious. It’s also pretty significant considering I used to eat an average of one salad per six months. So yummy, and it keeps me full for a surprisingly long time. The rundown: blueberries, cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, sprouts, lots of arugula, lots of spinach, and a drizzle of dressing. Also just discovered adding half a diced avocado in with my homemade dressing I just made up and it’s insane. Go treat yourself and make a salad!
Went to have lunch with my parents today and I got this awesome salad 😍💚 When they decided to go to a Bavarian Restaurant my mood wasn't the best as I had my difficulties with Bavarian Restaurants 😂 This one too had no vegan dishes on the menue but this salad. So I asked them to have this one without any dairy products just to be sure and ordered sweet potato fries with it ☺️ And I was surprised by how good the salad by itself was 😍💚🌱
BOOM, five minute lunch thanks to a bit of meal prep earlier this week. Did a sheet pan of half roasted cauli in @primalkitchenfoods avo oil + other half had halved purple sweet 🍠. While that roasted I popped some chickpeas in the air fryer with a lil @simplyorganicfoods adobo spice then placed everything in containers. Today involved slicing an avo, pulling out those containers, and adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes 😌 Easy and deelish . PB&J Fudge Cups by @nutriholist 💛 Recipe:⠀ Ingredients:⠀ Peanut Butter Fudge:⠀ 1/4 cup coconut oil⠀ 1/2 cup peanut butter⠀ 1/4 cup pure maple syrup⠀ Pinch of unrefined sea salt⠀ Jelly Topping:⠀ 1 cup raspberries⠀ 1 tablespoon chia seeds⠀ 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup⠀ 1 tablespoon lemon juice⠀ ⠀ Instructions: ⠀ To make the peanut butter fudge: Melt coconut oil in small pot over low heat if it’s solid. Add the peanut butter and stir until it melts into a runny mixture. Remove from heat, add maple syrup and sea salt⠀ Pour the PB mixture into a lined muffin tin and fill each cup about 2/3 way up. Transfer to the freezer for the fudge to set (about 30 minutes)⠀ To make the jelly topping: Add raspberries to the small pot over medium-low heat. Stir a few times and let the berries simmer until they get soft and mushy. Remove from heat and mix in the chia seeds to thicken the jelly. Add maple syrup and lemon juice, taste test, and let it cool down to room temperature⠀ To assemble: Take the muffin tin out of the freezer and fill up the cups with the jelly topping. Transfer back to the freezer or fridge for the jelly to set. This usually takes 1 hour if left in the freezer and about 2 hours if stored in the fridge. Strawberry Cheesecake Squares by @365cleaneats ❤️ Recipe:⠀ Ingredients⠀ For 18cm x 18 cm square mold⠀ Crust:⠀ (Dry)⠀ 100g GF rolled oats⠀ 100g raw almonds ⠀ 7 Tbsp. coconut sugar ⠀ 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder ⠀ 1/4 tsp pink salt⠀ (Wet)⠀ 5 Tbsp. melted coconut oil⠀ ⠀ Filling:⠀ 200g raw cashews⠀ 100g fresh strawberry ⠀ 150 ml coconut cream ⠀ 6 Tbsp. melted raw cacao butter ⠀ 5-6 Tbsp. maple syrup ⠀ 3 Tbsp. lemon juice ⠀ 1/2 tsp lemon zest⠀ 1/2 tsp vanilla paste⠀ 1 tsp pitaya powder (for colour, optional)⠀ Pinch of good salt⠀ ⠀ Decoration:⠀ 10-15 small to medium sized strawberries, cut in half ⠀ 20 blueberries⠀ ⠀ Directions:⠀ 1) Preheat oven to 170⁰C/340F. Place every dry ingredient for the crust in a food processor. Process well until it reaches the consistency of flour.⠀ 2) Add melted coconut oil into the food processor and process until it becomes like wet sand⠀ 3)Put a baking sheet on the mold and press the mixture into the bottom. Bake it for about 15-22 min or until baked through. After it has cooled down, put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.⠀ 4)Put every ingredient for the strawberry filling in a high-speed blender and blend well. Layer it over the crust and place strawberries and blueberries on the top. Freeze it until set.⠀ 5)Take out the cake from the mold and cut with a warm knife. I call #bullshit it's not so much that she lied, that's not surprising, especially when money is involved. It's that now she's pretending it's because, essentially, veganism made her sick. WELL... First, if it made you sick you're not doing it right and you shouldn't be a source of how to do it. Second, if it truly did make you sick then why continue to peddle something that will make others sick? Seriously, this girl needs to rethink what she's doing and probably hire a PR firm. Now about this whole veganism thing. Let this shine the light upon how obsessed vegans have become with PERFECTION. I knowingly bought elderberry gummies with beeswax in them. I bought my daughter a cakepop from Starbucks (3 times). I also let her eat a non vegan cake at her friend's birthday party. Do we eat steak or bacon? Ew, no. Do we eat fish or anything with eyeballs? No. We don't eat non-vegan ice cream, cheese, milk, etc. We don't even buy/wear leather, suede, wool or silk, etc. But to MANY we are NOT vegan. And quite frankly I'm okay with that. The perfect vegan, the perfect ANYTHING, doesn't exist. But with that rawvana chick... she's just an asshole scamming people for likes and money. Es una gran opción totalmente deliciosa, y sin gluten! Me encanta esta receta porque es fácil de preparar y cada bocado es una explosión de sabor. Y lo mejor de todo, es que es una receta extremadamente saludable. Es un plato riquísimo, colorido y muy divertido. Acompaña el falafel con una ensalada a elección. ☀️Ingredientes 4 tazas de puré de garbanzos. Jugo de 1 o 2 limones. 1cucharada de chia hidratada Aromáticas: Cilantro o perejil picado. Una cebolla morada chica cortada en cubos. Sal y pimienta a gusto. 1 cucharada de comino. Media cucharada de paprika dulce. •Media cucharada de ají picante. Cebollín picado. Maicena para apanar y dale una contextura crocante. Procedimiento Mezclar todos los ingredientes con las manos exepto la maicena. Una vez listo vas a notar que lograste una masa bastante pegajosa. Podés darles la forma que más te guste y te divierta. Yo las hice en forma de croquetas. Cuando están listas, con mucho cuidado lo pasas, por maicena y llevas al horno fuerte hasta dorar o las freis en aceite de oliva! ☀️☀️☀️👍 (Adaptada de greenvivant)
