Я помню, как гладко проходило моё сыроедение. Как близко я была к своей семье, как мне нравилось им готовить 🥘. Тогда у меня был домашний бизнес по изготовлению вегетарианских тортов 🍰 и веганского морковного печенья на заказ 🍪. Газовая плита работала сутками, как и я стоя на ногах, не пробуя, но восхищая клиентов, круг которых расходился далеко за пределы города Мелеуз и республики Башкортостан 🙌🌍. ⠀ Мыслей о том, чтобы пробовать термо у меня не было. После длительных голоданий #raw овощи, зелень, семена и фрукты надолго вовлекли меня в свои сети 🕸🥒. ⠀ Добавилось новое направление моей авторской кулинарии с рецептами на YouTube 📹 + реклама дорогущей американской и южнокорейской техники типа дегидраторов, блендеров и соковыжималок. ⠀ Однако при переходе на фрукты 🍎 что-то изменилось... ⠀ Для меня стали противны и не естественны процессы приготовления, высушивания, измельчения, выдавливания и проч. Я закрыла бизнесы в Мелеузе, бросила пиар и съёмки в Питере и уехала в Шри-Ланку 🇱🇰, а потом и Таиланд 🇹🇭 кушать фрукты и зимовать в тепле. ⠀ Через год фрукторианства (окт-ноя 2018)

Hi guys! It’s lunchtime in this foodie household and today I am sharing this Vegan Creamy Cashew Curry! This has been such a hit with my family and friends - both vegan and non-vegan so I am delighted to share this recipe with you all. It literally takes 15-20 mins to prepare. Look at the colours yo! We are literally cooking the rainbow! Ingredients: - 1 red onion (chopped) - 2 garlic cloves - 1/2 scotch bonnet (optional) - 1 large red pepper (thinly sliced) - 1 large yellow pepper (thinly sliced) - 1 cup frozen/fresh vegetables of your choice (I used an Oriental Mix Frozen Vegetable from Lidl) - 100g raw and unsalted cashews (soaked in hot water for about 30 minutes prior to cooking) - 1/4 cup almond milk (or any other milk alternative) - 1/2 cup fresh/tinned chopped tomatoes - Soy Sauce (or any other alternative) - 2 maggi cubes - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp curry powder - 3 tsp nutritional yeast - Fresh herbs (coriander and basil) Method: 1. Sauté onion for around 5 mins until well caramelised. Use a few drops of soy sauce to aid this. Then add sliced red pepper and sliced yellow pepper and continue to sauté. Add 1 cup of frozen/fresh vegetables of your choice along with seasonings of your choice. (I used 2 maggi cubes and some more soy sauce) 2. Blend soaked cashews with almond milk, chopped tomatoes, nutritional yeast, garlic cloves and scotch bonnet. (Add some water if necessary depending on how thick you like your sauce) 3. Pour into the pan, add cumin, curry powder, gravy granules and stir well. Continue to simmer for around 5-10 minutes to allow those flavours to really infuse! Then add some fresh herbs for garnish and taste! This can be served with cous cous (my personal favourite), rice or even pasta! Would love to see if you all give this recipe a try!
