INGREDIENTS 5C mochiko flour 2.5C water 1 box brown sugar (or I used coconut sugar) 1 can coconut milk 1t baking soda . 1. mix all ingredients together. after pouring into a 9 by 13 pan bake for 50 minutes to an hour at 350degrees .
