Marshmallow Stuffed S’Mores Pancakes 🥞 If you’re looking for the most indulgent weekend breakfast, These are for you 😍 Fluffy vegan pancakes, stuffed with melty marshmallows and topped with dark chocolate sauce and chocolate chips. Can it get any better than this? 🤩 I would love to bring this deliciousness to the #guiltypleasurefoodparty hosted by @warzywy @crazy.mango.girl @pia_mia_clean_food 🍫💖 . Recipe: Batter: -1 Cup whole spelt flour -1+1/3 Cup unsweetened soy milk -1 Tbsp date syrup -1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds -1 Tsp baking powder Filling: -1 Handful vegan marshmallows, cut in half lengthwise (non-vegan marshmallows won’t give the same result) Toppings: -Your preferred chocolate sauce (I melted some dark chocolate with soy milk and maple syrup) -Chocolate chips . Blend all batter ingredients in a high speed blender. Transfer 3 Tbsps of the mixture to a non stick pan for every pancake, place 1 half of a marshmallow in the middle of the pancake while it’s wet and cover it with about 1/2-1 Tbsp more batter. Fry for a few minutes on a medium heat and then flip and get for another minute or two. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve with melted dark chocolate and chocolate chips 🍫

I went slightly crazy with my smoothie today. The smoothie base has green apples, frozen cauliflower, cherries, bananas and a @gratefoodco acai pack. For the toppings, I had some @renew.sg candied pecans and cranberries, a @benbanterlc coffee keto bar, a large dollop of creamy dreamy peanut butter as well as all the other crunchy yummy things. Fridge clearance days are always the best! Some frozen acai packs come with guarana or with added sugars in it - I tend to avoid those. Guarana is pretty high in caffeine and I usually already have caffeine in the form of matcha or chocolates. I also prefer not to have any sugar in my acai packs since I add bananas and other fruit in my bowls. I love the @gratefoodco acai packs since it is 100% acai! Sometimes I cut a pack in half and just suck on it like an ice pop 🍭 Do try it out!
Beetroot Avocado on Toast 🥑♥️ A sophisticated and delicious twist from the usual breakfast avo toast! The ruby-red juiciness of Beetroot is packed full of Iron & Folate great for red blood cell repair and help fighting fatigue. It’s packed full of nitrates too which helps with easy blood vessel dilation, increasing blood flow capacity, ultimately leading to lower oxygen need by muscles 💪🏻 I used the hummus from @chicpfood with sliced avocado and a generous sprinkle of protein packed mixed seeds, mint leaves and oven baked paprika chickpeas! So yummy, even my mum loved having the hummus alone with crudités!

FLUFFY GINERBREAD PANCAKES🥞a very festive Sunday stack;) vegan and gluten free and definitely the best way to start any winter day!☃️here's the rough recipe! 🎄1/4 cup oat flour 🎄1/4 cup buckwheat flour 🎄1 tsp maca 🎄1/4-1/2 tsp ginger 🎄1/4 tsp cinnamon 🎄1 tsp molasses 🎄1/2 cup + 1 tsp plant milk 🎄1-2 tbs maple syrup Just mix it all up and cook on the stove top! I also cooked down some frozen blueberries to make sauce, chopped some pear, and drizzled on pb over it all😋 Have a lovely Sunday!!🌞
It’s always hard to choose what to eat at the @sydneyveganmarket 😅🤔🍜🌯🍕🍔🌭🧁🍰🍩 • There are so many different options but unfortunately everything is a bit expensive for my average budget so sometimes I wonder what it could happen if all the stalls would decide to drop their prices 🤔 And the answer is: I would get obese in half the time 🤣🤣 • This is a yummy Mac & Jack Roll from @southernsoulsydney At first the combination of flavours might sound weird, but I really wanted to try it and I can say it wasn’t disappointing 😋 • Next time I definitely want to try the burgers from @veganisland_ 🍔🌿 What’s your favourite vegan street food?
🍪 COOKIE DOUGH DIP + GINGERBREAD MEN 📷 by @sixvegansisters 🚨🚨Recipe: COOKIE DOUGH DIP: 1 (8 oz) container vegan cream cheese 1 stick (1/2 cup) vegan butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips DIRECTIONS STEP 1 Put all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) in a mixing bowl and beat until combined. STEP 2 Fold in the chocolate chips. STEP 3 Chill until you serve! STEP 4 Serve with GINGERBREAD MEN! GINGERBREAD MEN: For the cookies: 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp ground ginger 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp vegan margarine 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup molasses 2 tbsp nondairy milk 1/2 tbsp vanilla For the frosting: 1/2 cup vegan butter, room temp 1 cup powdered sugar 1-3 tsp milk DIRECTIONS STEP 1 In a medium sized bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon. STEP 2 In a separate, larger bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, molasses, milk, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer. STEP 3 Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until completely combined. STEP 4 Form the dough into a ball and wrap in cling wrap. Place in the fridge for about an hour. STEP 5 To make the frosting, place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer. Add milk to your preferred consistency (we added ~3tsp). @sixvegansisters put the frosting into a squeeze bottle for easier decorating! STEP 6 Once the cookies are chilled, preheat the oven to 350°F. STEP 7 Lightly flour a surface and place the chilled dough on top. Begin to roll it out the dough with a rolling pin. @sixvegansisters find it works best once you knead a little flour into it. Roll it to be ~1/4″ thick. STEP 8 Cut out shapes and place on a lined baking sheet. They will puff up a bit so leave a little room in between each. STEP 9 Bake for 5-8 minutes. Dry ingredients 1 1/4 cup spelt flour 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp baking powder Wet ingredients 1 cup almond milk 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp white vinegar 3 tbsp coconut oil In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes.
