We have decided to call our van Betty Blue! We tried to come up with a load of clever van names but in the end it was family friends who suggested the name, as a nod to our previous adventures - when we rode our motorbike Betty through 18 central and South American countries! (@twoupfifteendown). Can’t wait to see how this adventure will differ from the last!
«It always seems impossible until it’s done» -Nelson Mandela It took about 3 years to achieve this goal of traveling Europe. At first it was a dream, and suddenly we where planning the trip! Backpaking was what we thougth we would do, then we bought the car🚍Started bulding our «house» and loved every second of it! We didnt have a plan of where to travel in Europe, that was a suprise on the way ☺️ To everyone with a dream, everything is possible if you belive in it🖤
Feeling quite defeated today over some of the build stuff that we just can’t do ourselves due to not having the experience and knowledge 🥺 • We have weighed up the pros and cons of doing some things ourselves and getting some help as well, and I think that’s the avenue we will have to take, as we are both particular and like to have a finished result (perfectionists) really. • We have just agreed that these changes we are making will allow us to afford little easier comforts like this. • We feel bad not doing some things ourselves but we all need a little help along the way don’t we? 💁🏼♀️
Since I've removed all the stickers from my van (inside and out) because they became "tacky" to me, I put them on a few pelican cases that contain my worldly possessions. Here is a photo of one of them. Do you collect stickers, patches, pins, etc?
