Your chest tightens, your heart is beating out of your chest. Your mind begins to think out of control and you are powerless in this emotional storm.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Anxiety can be paralyzing. I struggled with it growing up and eventually learned tools to help me cope, process efficiently and quickly, and clear out what was causing the anxiety in the first place. It's usually a situation, event, circumstance I can't change (or believe at the time that I can't). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In my studies and experiences, there is ALWAYS a way through. The Universe is infinite. It is everything. Every piece of that which causes you anxiety. It is every person, every word, every ingredient of the situation, event or circumstance. Everything. Including You.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So how could the Universe not change or influence itself? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember to breathe.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember who you are. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember your power. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Get Calm. The last few days have been eye opening and I am so happy. Sometimes you just need to take a breather to look inward and come to the root of why you are so worried about what everyone else is accomplishing. . Luckily sitting with myself and talking to the wonderful people in my self as brought clarity to my insecurities ( for now lol I’m human and will never be without insecurities) but I am happy as I am.
