Tomorrow is the 15th of March which in Hungary is the memorial day of the Hungarian Revolution of 1848 that grew into a war of independence from the Austrian Empire, ruled by the Habsburg dynasty. A war that determined the modern Hungarian era and had a considerable impact on Central-European history. The cockade (ribbon rose, or "kokárda" in Hungarian) originated from the French and Italian revolutions of the 18-19th century. It was a dress decoration folded from a ribbon with the tricolor of the country's flag and was worn by both sympathizers of the revolution and the rebels themselves. The Hungarian cockade became a symbol of the Revolution of 1848 and is still worn on the 15th of March by Hungarians as a form of showing respect to their historical heroes. I've designed this 3D printable version of the classic cockade. It's easy to print in separate pieces on a single color FDM printer which pieces can be glued together. For a nice surface finish I'd recommend to print it in 0,1 mm or lower layer height. To wear it on your clothing you can attach a regular safety pin with the included holder piece or use a safety pin specially made for badges. We are gearing up to start designing and producing these new printer bed sizes and we need your help! WE NEED YOUR HELP! Not just to vote on sizes but to help us confirm bed sizes and possible obstructions of machines listed. If you would be so kind, for any of the printers you own, in the comments section of the survey please confirm the actual maximum print bed area (is our listed size correct?), any obstructions to be aware of (like screw heads that stick above surface or alignment pins) and let us know if the tabs should go on the long side or short size. If you vote for one of the round sizes, please let us know if you prefer a full circle, 3-bed clamp cutouts or 6-bed clamp cutouts. I think I worked out how I'm going to make the #3dprinted hip joint to Pathfinder from #apexlegends. I wanted to match the #game model as much as possible. Now to finish the other pieces :) Printed on an #ultimaker2 with #greentec filament.

After quite some time I'm finally back to designing and sharing new models for 3D printing starting with this little figure. Italyball is the fourth model in my countryball series, a delicious, appetizing little guy. The parts can be printed separately on a single extrusions 3D printer without any support and can be assembled with built-in snap fit joints.
