GPS says the fastest route is down gravel roads . . 4 hours through these ancient mountains . . I think I hear the banjos playing . . A fucked up guy in a Cadillac pulls up besides us with loose jaw & uncomfortable grin . . I hope it's not meth . . But here we made it to bear country . . Hiking along the Appalachian trail with so many through hikers & their big packs . . Me, just my camera & GVB, ready to catch all those mountain spirits & the wild horses
📍Twin Lagoon, Philippines 🇵🇭. ⬇עברית למטה⬇ ============================== The Twin Lagoon is located near Coron and its one of the most famous places in the Philippines! when you see it with your own eyes you’ll understand why 😌. It looks as though the water in Coron is made from crystal! The colors are stunning! To get there you will need to take a boat (as part of a tour of course) We recommend to take a private boat (like we did), or with 2-3 more people. That way, you can be more flexible with the times & places you want to go to. For the Lagoon itself, we think it is better to go first thing in the morning, because it is one of the most touristic attractions! ============================== Have any questions? Have you been at the Twin Lagoon? Share with us! 👇🏻 ============================== . . . . . #twinlagoon#twinlagooncoron#coron#the_ph #philippines#topdestinationsph#explorerph#travelphilippines#grammerphilippines#itsmorefuninphilippines#femaletravelbloggers#travelcommunity#dirtybootstravel#sheisnotlost#sheisntlost#travelgirls ##mapo_il #travelers_twitters
🛑 BEWARE: DO NOT ENTER 🛑 🐵 🐒 ⠀ Well.. that’s what it should have said... ⠀ ⠀ I don’t know about you guys, but my family and I NEVER have a positive experience or encounter with monkeys 🐒 I know they look all so cute and cuddly, however, in Bali (2013) my sister got attacked by a monkey (scratched the ray bans off her face) and we ended up spending the whole day in hospital 😭⠀ ⠀ This year Mum, Grandma and I stopped by a monkey temple in Chiang Rai. We saw this beautiful stairway entrance that was meant to lead up to an ‘enchanted temple inside a cave’. ⠀ Grandma decided to stay behind (luckily) because she fell down these stairs when she was a teen 😂 ⠀ ⠀ Mum and I were half way up when all of a sudden a HUGEE scary looking monkey leaped in front of us. We both had sticks that were given at the entrance 😂 and used that to ‘defend’ ourselves, which didn’t work as the monkey grabbed both of our sticks. Mum screamed until a young boy, his mum and baby brother arrived. Long story short- we formed an alliance and became a team to fight against this monkey, ran all the way into the cave with the monkey running after us and then an old man came to the rescue. Inside the temple, we prayed for our safety 😂🙏🏼🐒 ⠀ ⠀ Not sure if that was a lame story but it was real and so scary guys omg. But here a few photos of the friendly monkeys, and a sneak peek of what’s inside the cave.
That day the mountain was engulfed in clouds, but that didn't prevent the sun rays to reflect and refract in a colorful spectrum that scattered in a burst of tones that would leave even Bob Ross himself jealous. What a view ♥️

FAIRYTALE landscapes! 💫 It’s really difficult to find the right words to describe what we are experiencing in these days, a dream that came true. Val d’Orcia definitely exceeded our expectations • We literally got lost in its countrysides with all its green smooth hills and the curves lining the horizon. We fell in love with the beauty of this unique region, under every single aspect. We have a sweet spot for cypresses trees, incredibly elegant and visually perfect! • It isn’t difficult to realize why this is an UNESCO world heritage site where nothing is allowed to be built. • The view above Agriturismo Baccoleno is the real dreamy tuscanian postcard • ➡️ here we finally found the right place for our first drone video 📽, please check it out on our IGTV and let us know your opinion 🙏🏻😍! • Travel tips: search Agriturismo Baccoleno in your GPS/phone maps. When you reach the place you have to go ahead by foot because the street to the Structure is for guest entry only. Park your car and follow the path on the left side to arrive where you see us right now! • Can you name the place that mostly surprised you by visiting it?
With travel I’ve learnt; to be more compassionate, patient & grateful ✌🏼 . I sometimes wonder where I’d be in life if I didn’t start traveling all those years ago 🤔✈️ I’d probably have a lot more money... but either way I wouldn’t change a thing!!

Two decades of living through Canadian winter does not even begin to compare to right now - my first winter in THREE YEARS! What is cold weather? Not sure because I've been chasing summer around the world for so long... ⠀ ⠀ Canadian summer, Aussie summer, Singapore / Asia / India / Nepal trip, back to Aussie summer, jump over to Canada for 9 weeks for another summer, then back to Aus and here we are ... Have to admit that I'm pretty stoked to have followed through with my vow to chase the summer warmth just to see where it took me ☀️🌴 ⠀ Last month I missed out on the chance to tick country 22 off the bucket list because of a car accident BUT I'm thinking my birthday next month is the perfect excuse for a getaway 😏 ⠀ Anyone been to Vanuatu? Or maybe a road trip up the east coast? Suggestions please !!! ⤵️
How time has flown by so quick and it is time to say goodbye to all my new friends. I want to say a big thank you to @balibucketlisttours for making this trip a memorable one. I have met some amazing people with amazing backgrounds. During this journey I did not have to worry about my safety as I had a cardiac surgeon, a fire fighter & a nurse in the group who would go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I met people that had passion for photography like me, or forced them to like it 😜 and finally a shout out to my guide @rebeccajuhlin for putting up with me 😜 even though in numerous occasions she wanted to push me of volcanoes, boat and cliffs 🙄
Welcome @braybraywoowoo ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Can you spot the tiny little rainbow in the first photo? 🌈👀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Speaking of rainbows, Kauai was an ABSOLUTE dream! I’ve literally never seen so many rainbows, massive rugged mountains towering over the ocean, waterfalls, and GREEN... Everything is so lush and green! 🏝 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We didn’t have the best luck with weather and actually ended up doing the hike in the first image FIVE times to get the conditions we wanted... But that just added to the adventure, right? 😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. A small weather window on one of the most elusive hikes on the island 😂 2. A waterfall cascading towards the ocean from my heli flight over the Nā Pali Coast 🚁 3. A magical waterfall deep in the jungle 🐒 4. Epic light from the helicopter flight ☀️ 5. & 6. Moody conditions creating a double rainbow in Waimea Canyon 🌈🌈 ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Follow our communities: @woman.travel (Traveling Women) @couplexplores (Couples) @adventurexposure (Travel) @art.exposure (Photography) @beautiful.berries (Inspiration) ▪▪▪ Girls, we would like to share your stories, your lives, your experiences. WE FINALLY HAVE A BLOG!!!! • It’s taken us five months longer than we planned to actually get on with it and teach ourselves how to make a website. In the end after weeks of trying to figure out Wordpress manually, we cheated and bought a theme which made our lives a whole lot easier. • When we started this journey we wanted to share our photos and stories with friends and family, and to have something to look at to remind us of our travels when we get back home. Our blog is a way of doing this, but as our community has grown a little since then we are also including some Travel Guides, with tips and ideas from each place we visit! 🌍 • Check out our first post from Ho Chi Minh 👇🏼 STEPHANDLUKASANDR.COM Link in Bio 💛
