#transformationtuesday I bought some smart trousers in a size 14 last week. They were a bit tight on my thighs but they did up and I wore them. When I joined #slimmingworldhanworth in June last year my size 18 trousers were too tight to wear. My weightloss has slowed down, Christmas really didn't help but it's not a race for me, I said would like to be a size 12 (I'd love to be a 10 but I can't imagine I ever could be) by December. I do worry that because there isn't any urgency now and I am feeling so good just fitting into a size 14 that I will lose my motivation. So instead I'm going to say I would like to be at target by my 1yr SW anniversary in June. That gives me 4 months to lose 1st 8lb.
2009 ➡️ 2019 (Actually 2018 but I don’t have any pics this year yet..) This was by far one of the better pictures I found of myself during 2019 😂 A lot has happened since then - I’ve finished school, got a degree, moved into a new home with my boyfriend and so much more! I try not to cringe when I look back at photos of when I was younger, because I was just a young gal trying to be a cool kid and failing 😂 Now I’m happy with who I am and don’t worry about what other people think of me 🤷🏼♀️💕#10yearchallenge #transformationtuesday

Jan 2018 👉🏽 Jan 2019 I’ve been working on being more mindful when it comes to my self talk. I’ve been letting the negative thoughts run and it doesn’t feel good. When those thoughts creep in I try to remember the wins from the day, my workouts are a great reference. A year ago I wouldn’t have been able to do these workouts! . . I haven’t made any drastic changes in the last year except for being more consistent. Focusing on eating proper portions and exercising/stretching 3/5 times a week. I just decided one day that instead of being unhappy with my appearances, I should love myself while working towards being healthier
2 years, 70 pounds less. I’ve changed more than just physically since this time but to be honest I’m really proud of myself. In 2016 I was 205 pounds and as of today I’ve lost 70. I think I my current weight(135)is pretty good for 5’ 10”. I’ve gone from size 15 jeans to size 2/4, I’ve worked so hard and now I can see it. 2 years later I’m so different in ways I never would have guessed. Thank you to everyone who supported me but more than that thanks to everyone who poked fun at me because without you guys I would have never made this change for myself. It was lost healthily and one of the most difficult things. I’m still not 100% confident but I feel so much better and I’m fine with slightly bragging about this. No matter what others say, only you can define your worth. So from a 1X to a small, from 2016 to 2018, and from my life then to my life now, if there’s one thing I learned is that hard work will eventually pay off. (Also the weird corset top thingy of the costume makes my waist look snatched) ⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊ Follow us (@fitnessempire.x) for more!🧘♀️ ⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊ Tag someone that should see this!👇 📸 All credits to respective owner(s) // @madison.rose.castle #fitnessmotivation#fitness#fitfam#fitspo#motivation#workout#fatburn#core#legday#gym#gymwear#leggings#bodybuilding#aesthetics#gains#gainz#nutrition#healthy#physique#girlswholift#tutorial#prep#fitnesslifestyle#fitnesstips#bootybuilding#workoutvideo#sweat#sport#transformationtuesday
