Don’t let other people’s limitations transfer to your own limitations. •⠀ One of my largest breakthroughs was realizing all of the limitations society has engraved in my mind. •⠀ As humans we have an insane amount of potential, our mind is the only thing that holds us back. •⠀ Understanding that and then removing the limitations is how all of our goals and dreams can become our own reality!
What is your Motivation? Don’t “Spur” yourself. Go from “I have to force myself to workout 😰” to “I Want to workout! 🤠” Here are 2 principles that will help: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Find deep, meaningful, long-term reasons that compel you to exercise as opposed to shallow short term ones.⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❌ “I want to look good for the beach this summer.”⠀⠀⠀ ✅ “I want to improve my confidence, self worth and be proud of who I am.“ 2. Use positive emotions like love and hope rather than negative emotions like fear and guilt. Positive emotions are stronger long term.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❌ “If I don’t go to the gym I’ll feel guilty.” ✅ “I look forward to having some me time at the gym where I can focus and clear my head. I always feel better AFTER!” Need help finding your own deep positive motivation? DM, email, or head to our website and schedule your free consultation today!
