Dzisiaj moja opcja na trening RAMION 💪🏻: barki, bicepsy, tricepsy. Pamiętajcie, że powinniśmy  trenować całe ciało, nawet jeśli zależy nam tylko na krągłych 🍑. 😜 . . . Proponuję wykonywać te ćwiczenia w 3-4 seriach po 10-12 powtórzeń. Ciężar dobieraj tak, aby ostatnie powtórzenia z serii były wykonywane z trudnością, ale nigdy kosztem poprawnej techniki. . . . Poniżej kilka wskazówek odnośnie poszczególnych ćwiczeń, po kolei: 1️⃣ Wyciskaj hantle nad głowę, prostując ramiona, utrzymując prostą postawę ciała i spięty brzuch. Łokieć znajduje się pod ciężarem w trakcie wyciskania. Hantle schodzą się do środka w momencie, gdy są nad głową. Powoli opuszczaj hantle w dół. Możesz zrobić to także siedząc na ławeczce. 2️⃣ Wnoś hantle w bok, aż ramiona będą ustawione rownolegle do podłogi. Unoś łokcie maksymalnie do lini barków, a nadgarstki zewnętrzną stroną skieruj lekko ku górze. Powoli opuszczaj ciężar.  3️⃣ Stojąc, trzymaj proste plecy, kolana lekko zgięte na szerokości barków. Dla pełnej izolacji mięśnia naramiennego ściągnij łopatki i staraj się ich nie puszczać podczas ruchu. Nie szarp ciężarem, skup się na dokładnym wykonywaniu powtórzeń. Szybciej unoś hantle, wolniej wracaj. 4️⃣ Brzuch i pośladki napięte, utrzymuj prostą postawę. Chwyć hantle w poz. neutralnej-kciuki skierowane w przód. Zacznij uginać przedramiona jednocześnie je rotując (supinacja) - dłoń powinna być skierowana kciukiem na zewnątrz. Nie odrywaj łokci, nie bujaj ciałem, skup się na napięciu w bicepsach. 5️⃣ Łokcie powinny być ustawione wysoko, ramię w lini z podłogą, pachy przyklejone do tułowia. Prostuj ramiona do końca, napinając triceps, nie odrywając ramion od tułowia. Kontroluj ruch, skup się na czuciu mięśniowym w tricepsach. My Healthy Protein Brownie Recipe 😻✨ Eating healthy while enjoying yourself is such a balancing act! 😜 One of my proudest creations as of yet! 🥑🥥🍫 And I'm giving you the recipe for completely free 😻 so please do not pass the opportunity to make these exquisite healthy brownies ✨ • •  Ingredients: * 1 1/2 cups zuchinni aka baby marrows (grated) * 1/2 medium banana * 1/2 avocado * 1 tbs plain yoghurt * 12 Dates (pitted) * 4 eggs * 2 egg whites * 3 tbsp coconut oil * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 3 tbs honey (or any sticky sweetener) * 1/4 cup cocoa powder * 1/2 cup coconut flour * 3 scoops of @bodybywild collagen protein in chocolate sundae flavour * I tsp cinnamon * 2 tsp instant coffee powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 2 tsp stevia * Pinch of salt * Chocolate chips - to make it extra healthy use chopped up caring candies chocolate (optional) * Nuts (optional)  Method: Mix all the wet ingredients including dates in a blender ~ this mixture was delicious and I had to hold myself back not to eat it all 😹 Fold in the dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and/or nuts in the batter. I made mine with just chocolate chips but want to add pecans next time to make it even more delicious. Line your tray with baking paper and grease with coconut oil. Bake at 180° Celcius for 20-30 min. Let it cool down before cutting into squares. • •  They are so incredibly delicious and moist, I cannot believe they are healthy! 😻✨

I think we can all agree that life is supposed to be enjoyed... am I right? 🤷🏼‍♀️ What baffles me is how I still have clients explaining that there old trainer told them they can’t eat anything that isn’t ‘clean’, have a glass of wine here and there, a meal out on the weekend, an occasional biscuit with their coffee or anything else that they class as ‘bad for you’. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You don’t have to deprive yourself of anything to see results, this is the mentality that makes people feel like living a healthy lifestyle is a chore and hard work when it doesn’t have to be that way... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I eat all of the foods I love in moderation and have a few drinks every so often because I want to enjoy my life! 🙌🏼🥂 I know I can do these things whilst still being fit, healthy and achieving my goals because the key is balance. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Too much of anything isn’t good for you... that includes salad, chicken, broccoli, kale etc 😜

Elements of a good spin class!  1. Instructor is aware of their clients needs and ability by creating a class for all levels. The client should leave class getting a good workout whether they're a beginner or advanced rider.  2. Motivation The instructor should create an environment where the vibe always make you feel interested in coming and staying energized throughout the entire class.  3. Variation No exercise routine should just be a "routine". The instructor should change it up (music, moves) but also know when to stick with familiar routines everyone knows and enjoys.
