First off happy Easter to everyone! Don't forget to indulge and don't be too hard on yourself! Here is a few of the main movements from my leg day the other day. I'm currently tapering into heavier days until I will max out in another 2 weeks. Next week will be heavy doubles then a deload the next week and then I'll go for a pr. even though I got excited and pulled a new deadlift pr (you'll have to wait a few days for that one) but the weight was moving too easy to not go for it! Really been feeling good the last 3 weeks I feel my calories and macros are right where they need to be!
