Quite popular in Japanese reviews, this you definitely need to make a reservation. The owner chef every day select the best fresh seafood and give you amazing experience. This place is closed on Monday otherwise open throughout a week. 📍Fu-unji: Shinjuku, Japan: Hands down the best dipping ramen we’ve ever had. Me and the hubby still dream about it to this day. The ordering system is like most ramen shops in Tokyo where you are utilizing a vending machine ticket system and bring it to the counter where you eat. The dipping ramen is so flavourful and noodles are the right amount of chewy. With one price you can pick small, medium, or large noodle sizes. When you are done your noodles, you add hot water to the soup to dilute it and you can drink it all up! It is a must visit if you are in Tokyo!
