As a creative, being inspired by my environment is an important part of producing brilliant and high quality work... @prodigy_coffee is by far my most favourite “out of office” space to work in @umhlangarocksu — where’s yours?
At Buttercrumble, we love creating print and pattern, driven by our passion for illustration. 🐶 Kasia has created this lovely Staffordshire Spaniel print. These sweet dogs (a take on a Victorian classic) always look cute. The pastel colours keep the print looking fresh and youthful, whilst the stern spaniel expressions keep it quirky. If you adopt this print, it's bound to be a fun conversation-starter.
One week of solo parenting done. I am exhausted, and hayfever has been hitting me pretty hard in the eye department making life harder, but we did it! Roll on hot weather and bbqs this weekend :) #soloparenting#teamnosleep
😊📻💟 . . . . . . . @lapinadeejay @lavaledeejay @diegopassoni @pinocchiodeejay #ilmondoditema#caketopper_ilmondoditema #minime_ilmondoditema
Who saw the interview Billie Eilish did back in November with Vaity Fair? 💫⠀ ⠀ If not, I HIGHLY suggest you go google it, now.⠀ ⠀ They asked her the same questions that they did exactly 12 months prior. And while it served some serious #hustle inspo, it was also such a cool reminder that literally anything could happen in the space of a year. 🔮 🙌🏻 ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #billieeilish#liveyourdreams#womensupportingwomen#manifestingmindset#successmindset#thehappynow#dowhatyoulove#darlingdaily#todaysgoodthing#pursuewhatislovely#theeverydayproject#visualcrush#goodvibetribe#embracechange#autheticself#selflovemovement#collectiveconciousness#findyourhappyplace

Social Media can be a tricky old place to navigate can’t it? 🤔🤪⠀ ⠀ What I frequently hear from people I work with is that they don’t know how ‘to be’ on social media or they are worried about what people might think of them or that they are getting it wrong.⠀ ⠀ What’s important to remember is that fundamentally, social media is first and foremost about connection. Whether that be with your friends and family or your business’s target audience, what matters the most is conversation and connection.⠀ Do what makes YOU feel good. ⠀ ⠀ Create content that you’re passionate about and build a community that inspires and fulfils you. ⠀ ⠀ Think of social media like a party. You don’t want to be a wallflower stood in the corner but equally you don’t wanna be the person who shows up and only talks about his or herself! ⠀ Be a social butterfly 🦋 mingle, get to know people and contribute to the conversation.⠀ ⠀ Post with purpose and be mindful of how you feel 😘
At the pool they came swimming up to me earnestly, “Mom, those boys were being mean and I think we did okay.” I asked them what was up. They said in the deep end a bunch of them had been playing a game and some of the older boys made one girl get out, saying she was out but she wasn’t—the big kids had just changed the rules on everyone mid game. The girl was sad but she got out and walked away confused. I asked them what they did. “Well I jumped out and went to check on her cause she was sad and Liz told the boys that wasn’t fair and they shouldn’t do that.” Just then Lizzie came swimming up and asked if I thought she’d done something wrong. I asked her what she meant. She said when she told them that wasn’t fair they rolled their eyes and said fine, she can still play and are you happy now? And she looked at me, confused. I hugged her, wet as she was. “No baby,” I said, “what you did was right. A lot of times when we stand up for what is kind and right and good people will act like you’re the problem. Nonetheless we stand, even if people think we are weird. Even if we are the only one who stands. You did exactly right and I’m super proud of you”. • • Small things. Small steps. Raising includers. Today was a gift I didn’t realize how much I needed. * We hiked in one of my favorite places, took in breathtaking views of the ocean, and happened upon an amazing tide pool. * Then we grabbed a simple lunch and leisurely walked in two areas with the quaint, artsy kind of shops where you just want to look at all the pretty things and take it all in. * We even ate the most incredible ice cream at a local mom-and-daughter ice cream shop. * I think I looked at my watch only once because, hey, we had nowhere to be. * We all remarked how good it felt to just wander and explore with zero agenda. * It was a day of ease, flow and letting things happen, which has NOT described my summer so far. * Today I finally felt that summer release—that (micro) downshift in responsibility and slow welcoming into relaxation. * It was a great feeling. * So grateful for: —All the adorable faces in these photos —A husband who works super hard to provide for us so we can have these #adventuremondays —A job with a flexible schedule that allows me to block these times for #summer memories with my kids; —And a God who knows how to calm down and restore this girl whose natural speed is 1000 miles an hour. * What are you grateful for today, friend? * * * * * #embracingaslowerlife#slowlivingforlife#aslowmoment#seeingthepretty#seeksimplicity#cornersofmyworld#everysquareastory#lifeunscripted#myquietbeauty#thesimpleeveryday#todaysgoodthing#personalgrowthjourney#reallifestory#gratitudejournal#gratitudeattitude#gratitude🙏 #gratitudedaily @kristinag33 @christianmarriageadventures
I can’t believe it only took 8 monthly photos to get one of you smiling! 😆 I am in foggy disbelief that you have uttered “mama” as your first word. My heart could burst! I LOVE YOU so much sweet cheeks 😊🥰
Long nights, early mornings, extra warm snuggles with my poorly Hazel bug.. I don’t know why are beds always more comfortable in the morning, But I did enjoy a moment of peace (with hot coffees, for a whole 5 mins before Everly ran into my room declaring she “has a smile!” Waking Hazel up and officially starting our Thursday 😂☕️❄️ #bedthief#tiredmumsclub
I just have to share how proud I am of my friends! I met Lauren on the first day of nursing school and we quickly became best friends. She was dating an amazing man, Andrew, from a beautiful family. I was living in a new city far from home and needed a place to stay (Lauren and her family opened up their home) and a place to work. Andrew offered me a job at his family’s business, a Lebanese Bakery. I knew the minute I walked into the bakery and saw the image of Mother Mary hanging on the wall that I would love working there. They were the kindest, most hard working, and generous people I have met. That job helped me get through nursing school! Lauren and Andrew got married and now have a beautiful son! Since living in Buffalo I’ve seen their business grow and thrive. They created a new product, flame baked pita chips, that I LOVE (so much that Mike drives after work to the store to get me some)! The chips are such a hit that they are found in local stores and are now moving throughout NY State! Please support @issasflamebaked and the beautiful family that creates them! 🔥🍴✨
#botanicaldreamers, #bookstagram, #homesweethome, #thatauthenticfeeling, #квіти, #троянди, #booklover, #thatsdarling, #thebestofukraine, #theartofslowliving, #reading,
