I’ve added some new followers and thought I would re-introduce myself! My name is Stephanie and I’m a personal trainer/coach! I have my own studio in Van Buren where I train returning clients one-on-one during the week who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle; I make wedding clients look their best on their wedding day, and I’m now making two beautiful girls look their best on the pageant stage. You can find more about me on my website fitfourfive.co under “About”. I’m in the middle of studying for my nutrition certification so that I can be more than just a personal trainer! I want you to “know” “I know”. I’m always trying to better myself and be on top of the game, and if you know me well you know I do everything full force and 110%! Between training, studying and my family of 5, it doesn’t leave much time for friends or a social life, but I’ve learned through the years that this too shall pass! I now am running a large portion of my business online and via my website which I have worked a lot of long nights filming and working with my web designer! It’s perfect for those who have little ones still at home, who have certain areas they want to work on (nutrition or exercise), who have crazy work hours, or who are not comfortable in a group setting! Feel free to contact me through my website or email@example.com because I would love to hear from you!
Kindness comes in many sizes; I take mine in a 9 1/2. #shoeselfie#shoesasics .
“That moment when you feel like giving up, when it doesn’t seem worth it, that is where change happens. Keep going.” . Some days I start a workout, and I get to the point where I’m ready to give up. “I’ve pushed myself hard enough.” “I’m really exhausted today.” “This isn’t what I want to be doing right now.” Some days I let that weakness win. I give up. But later I ask myself why. Those moments of weakness are where we get stronger - both mentally and physically. We push our bodies further, to help build muscle. We prove to ourselves that our mind will give up long before our body does. In those moments of weakness, pick that dumbbell back up, re-start that treadmill, or get back to whatever it is that you were doing, and remember why you started. And remember #fitnesstakespatience. 💕
not too late for a #transformationtuesday ? People have been asking if i’ve been on a diet, no 🙅♀️ Im not against diets, i am currently TRYING to start the @21daymealplan I’ve decided to try this meal plan since the foods allowed have been part of my meals for a long time now, the only difference is that i’ve never followed a plan, they’re more of a challenge for me since i like to go on with this lifestyle without any restriction. However, with the new year coming up, we have goaaals to reach. So i figured i could use some kinda “help” to shed those last few pounds That is why i’ve been recommending this plan for people asking me what i’ve been doing, i usually struggle with “nutrition” advice, but any fitness advice, i’m hereee 🙋🏼♀️ Soooo, this plan + HIIT workouts like the ones on my feed + CONSISTENCY ( which i’m struggling with ) = Results, trust me🙏🏻 - - - - #exercise#fit#fitfam#gym#healthy#motivation#weightloss#workout#workoutwednesday#nopainnogain#fitlife#getstrong#workout#beforeaftertransformation #noquittingallowed #fitnessjourney #inspireother#dreambig #furtherfasterforever #teamself #shapesquad #bodypositive #thefitlife#sweateveryday#strongnotskinny
REAL TALK..I feel like I’m in basic training😂I can’t quit..Well shoot I won’t.I signed up for the challenge and it’s mine to demolish..Just a little info for those who want to lose weight... Maintain a calorie deficit of 500-800 calories per day by eating less and/or spending more energy. Use lower deficits for long-term weight loss and higher deficits for short-term weight loss. It’s usually much easier to create a calorie deficit from eating less than from working out more. Do NOT eat less than 1500 calories a day, adults need this much as a minimum to function.Stop eating just before you get full. Drinking water will help you feel full. Do not go crazy low-carb. Decrease your entire calorie intake, instead of only your carbs (maintain your nutrient ratio!). Many of us overeat..For most, it’s our culture..You must totally go against what your norm is..in order to see result of weight loss.. You don’t have to take pills and teas to get there..It takes discipline... #buildinghealthybodies#femalepersonaltrainer#wellnesscoach#entrepreneurlife#femaleboxerinthemaking🥊 #sparklefit#thefitlife#therapist#addictedtowellness#fitnessguru
