I wouldn’t want to argue with a swordfish. I hear they always have good points. . . . . This swordfish steak was super convenient and was already vacuum sealed from @earthfare . It only took maybe 10 minutes to cook in the cast iron grill pan. We served it on wild rice which was the longest part of the meal (an hour of cooking time). We got it from @traderjoes tho if you wanna try it yourself. On the side is more kale we ate with the jalapeño peanut vinaigrette that we also got from Trader Joe’s.
