Truly inspired by the chef of @kantinesf who catered @out_inthefield this past weekend. She drew her menu with influence from her years living in Scandinavia. . . There’s always something to learn and gain even while working front of house 👩🏼🍳.
Do you have pets? That’s life for us at our house, always pets and we love it. You should check the post on @home_in_california 😆 M is back from her trip with her dad. Stewart and I missed her tons. Although at the moment he really wants that bell pepper! Oh, I am diffusing Present Time and En-R-Gee to stay on task with Dinner, biz stuff, HW, studying, laundry and picking some stuff up around the house. I got helpers but it’s a late night (daily) and I don’t mind! Creating my dream life for real 🧡 . . . . . . . . . . @goodvibe.oilytribe @urbanoutfitters @sunsetmag
Is your tote also a backpack? Don’t worry we got you! Over the past two years of making our Patzik convertible backpacks we’ve heard a few things from our community: 1. You’re getting two bags in one 2. The backpack is perfect while baby-wearing 3. It makes a great diaper bag 4. Perfect for travel

This is truly one of my favorite spaces right now. It’s not fancy or over the top...there’s no pretty string lights and it’s not magazine worthy, but we LOVE it. We eat out here almost nightly, play games, and just hang out. This is our first time having deck furniture (in almost 20 years of living together!) and it makes me so happy🤗 Some things take time and I’m finding joy and contentment right where we’re at. 💕
The hunt for the perfect vintage rug, guys, is hard!! Of all people, I know!! It’s impossible for me to source for individuals, so instead I source according to my personal design style, which I honed in on throughout my design journey. . I know you guys love my look, and are drawn to an effortlessly collected space. The kind of space that begins with a rug! I can’t wait to show you the incredible shop I am opening! . I’ve had lots of feelings lately, and the biggest one is gratitude. You have made my entrepreneurial dreams come true. Thank you!! I mean, how else would I be growing this previously side hustle into a full time gig, and now a retail shop! I am so eager to meet everyone, and will announce an opening date very soon!
Spent the morning cutting and sanding wood for five different projects that I’m in the middle of.... my neighbors love me. 🤦🏻♀️😂 But a storm is rolling in now so the apartment is completely dark - I guess videos & photos will be waiting for another day!
PROGRESS!!! Ok, so if you’ve been following along on our #sunsettosunset project, you understand how exciting this shot is! If you’re a new follower of DBM, then you have a little catch-up to do by looking through our highlight reels for the project. We’ve been remodeling (and by “we” I mean both the DBM Team and my crazy family of 5 💁🏻♀️💁🏼♂️👦🏼👧🏼👧🏻) our personal home for the last little bit. It’s been a really fun project, but we are at a slow point right now where I have been doing a lot of the remaining work while working on my client’s projects and managing my 3 kiddos! So, needless to say, seeing the cabinetry come in and the bathroom “close” to finishing, is an awesome feeling! @riadtile @jandccabinets @schlutersystemsna #sunsettosunset || Sacramento designer Misha Bloom and her crazy family bought a home that was featured in Sunset magazine in 1965; she’s redesigning the house to try to get it into Sunset magazine once again. Follow the progress @design_by_misha!
One of our favorite places to lounge downtown - the wood paneling, the leather banquettes, that chandelier. It all comes together beautifully at @cortinaseattle, designed by @heliotropearchitects and built by us @dovetail_gc. (photo: @haris.kenjar)
