You can never be too busy to look after yourself, your health, nutrition, fitness and well-being. It doesn’t have to be 2 hours. 30mins of fitness makes a huge difference. Have you ever had to start over in your fitness journey?🙄 - I know I've been there. The fact is, I personally feel like we put a time frame on our health and fitness journey's.💣 - We have an event coming up, or we simply just want to do a 30 day, 60 day, or 12 week challenge, and after that time elapses we take 10 steps back. - After all that time, hard work, and dedication we put in, we throw it all away, and then we have to start over. Your progress has now vanished.🙃 - I believe that more often than not we let our selfish desires and vanity get in the way of our journey. - Imagine if you put your health 1st. If you respected your body enough, you'd have the right goals, mindset and approaches within your journey. - Imagine if you never had to start over, where would you be now? When I felt like all the information was thrown at me, I sat back for a little while I was so overwhelmed. But then I got so sick of still not doing ANYTHING that I DID the research myself👇 . ▪Cheaper than ANY gym membership overall ▪Professional and QUALITY trainers that TEACH ▪RESEARCH-based workouts, nutrition and products ▪Constantly striving to provide the BEST food for our BODIES, not the market ▪A community that is ON FIRE for their health, not money ▪Can satisfy the wanna-be dancer, cross-fit trainer, American Ninja Warrior AND marathon runner inside me🤣 . 🗣“why don’t I look like that?!” If the mechanics of each skill are done correctly you will achieve the “look”, if you keep striving for a “look” you will miss the entire skill. What I see: tendu, relevé, pointe, battement, straddle, develope, mobility, bird of paradise, extension, strength, engagement, pirouette, pivot, panche, splits, balance, control, awareness... strung together these elements make skills seen in this flow. What most people see: “shes so flexible...nice pointed feet”. This is called having “the eye”. Not everyone can see elements because not everyone knows they exist... they are the alphabet of acrobatics. Trying to achieve skills without understanding elements is extremely difficult and can eventually become dangerous if tricks and skills become big enough. If you don’t have each of those micro skills (elements) then the flow doesn’t happen. It doesn’t matter what you call the skills “peekaboo” vs “paradise tilt” “turn” vs “reverse pirouette”... the skills remain the same, they are comprised of a variety of micro skills (elements) and each element must be more than achieved, it must be memorized like a habit that can then be called upon at your will; so when learning full or new skills you never have to relearn of think about the habits (elements) you’ve worked to perfection... they are already there (ex: straight legs aerially). This is why a gymnast or dancer has an advantage in pole fitness... their base foundation was not skipped. Its not always exciting but it’s the reality of artistic fitness (art...key word). It’s your choice how to move forward but I advise you let go of the desire for skills and tricks and look into the mechanics and elements. That is where the LOOK comes from, controlled elements. So again...If the mechanical elements of each skill are done correctly you will achieve the “look” but if you keep striving for a “look” you will miss the skill and continue to
