The face you make when your PTs only answer is "eat less and move more" . Sure, it's easy when it's put that way. . Dear PT: "I want to lose 5kgs, get lean, and find my confidence again" . "Eat less move more" . And they give you a generic program and send you on your way. . But it doesn't work(at least long term) . You end up miserable, you've missed precious time with you friends and family, your mental health has suffered, and potentially messed up your body's natural process. . All program that didn't really last, was only about starving yourself and probably cost you a house deposit. . Which is why I believe so strongly that my job as a coach is to help you "eat less and move more" in such a way that your life doesn't suffer, your don't have to blow your friends off, and you can sustain the change long term. .
