It seems everyone under the sun will say their #1 beauty tip is to... drink more water! Well, I'm over here telling you not to!! Drinking water does NOT equate to hydration... if only it could be that simple right?! Above I've listed the top ways to keep your body hydrated, your thirst levels low, and your skin youthful!  The biggest misconception about water is that it is created equal; this simply isn't true and can be causing more harm than good. Most tap water for example, contains Fluoride, a compound which whitens your teeth but can greatly disrupt your Thyroid glands. This happened to me and along with other factors led to my Hashimotos diagnosis. By avoiding fluoride, my thyroid is back in range and on the road to recovery!  Natural Spring Water is your best bet as it contains the natural minerals occurring in nature. By adding a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt to your glass, your body is able to soak up the water's nutritional value (you may experience a little bloat at first, but after a few times your body recalibrates and understands that it doesn't need to hold onto the salt). This in turn helps your adorable kidneys! They can get overworked so DON'T drink more than you need! (For me it's about 6-8 glasses each day). Another trick is to drink 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your meals, allow your saliva to wash down the food instead of water, this kicks your metabolism into high gear! Tried the new arugula and farro salad from @flourbakeryandcafe which they just added to their spring menu. The salad is a simple mix of asparagus, peas, arugula, farro, spiced almonds, and pickled rhubarb. I had never tried rhubarb before however I’m pleased to know that it is a great source of vitamins k and c and it tasted wonderful in the salad!

Se preparan en menos de 20 minutos y con ingredientes fáciles de conseguir. ¡Son muy esponjosos y deliciosos! Son ideal para los días que tenemos más tiempo ā° y queremos algo dulce šŸ˜‰ Lo bueno de hacerlos nosotrxs mismxs en casa, es que son más sanos y podemos customizarlos a nuestro gusto... Se conservan muy bien, pero saben āž• rico recién hechos. Pueden hacerlos el día anterior o preparar grandes cantidades para varios días y guardarlos en un tupper o recipiente hermético en la heladera durante 3 a 5 días (si los quieren calentitos le pueden dar un toque de calor en la misma sartén o panquequera donde los hicieron o en el micro, y ¡sino también son ricos!). Hay šŸ’Æ toppings distintos que pueden usar para acompañarlos (la forma "clásica" es  banana šŸŒ y syrup o miel šŸÆ).
