This photo is from this weekend at our hotel gym and it totally reminded me- I’m not a gym girl. I never have been. Don’t get me wrong, there were definitely periods in my life I went to the gym but it always went something like this- do lots of cardio, wander around, maybe do some weight machines every now and then, and back in the good old days @jess_purps and I would usually get Taco Bell on the way home 🤦🏼♀️ Not the healthiest. You can’t out work a bad diet. You also you can spend time wandering around the gym and crush some time on the elliptical and never see results. Or you can join me in doing what I do now- pound out 30 min of totally effective fitness at home and save yourself the membership fees, the wasted time and have simple nutrition plan all laid out for you!
