I’m going to need every bit of this breakfast to keep me going this morning! . . . Thomas was awake from 12 - 4 this morning and cried whenever I put him down. I eventually gave in and took him in to our bed to sleep in me but I don’t want to keep doing that as I don’t sleep very well and it’s not a habit I want him getting in. . . . I desperately need to do something about this as I’m blooming knackered. First step is start putting him down awake and maybe some controlled crying. I know it’s not for everyone but if you pick him up he just wants feeding and last night it still meant he woke and cried EVERY time I put him down. . . . #slimmingworldmama#mamalife#tiredmama#sleepdeprived

Not because I’m worried about a gain, purely because Sienna & I had a lovely slow morning with a lie in ☺️ 100% back on plan today - this week would have definitely been a gain so i think the week coming will be trying to lose that 🙃 1 syn for 2 x level tbsp Aldi lighter than light mayo 🥗

So after being 100% on plan last week, I put ON 2lbs. Gutted was an understatement this morning as I had worked out 4 times at the gym too. I have to admit this morning I wanted to give up as I felt that the plan wasn’t working. I had a couple of months of not really shifting, but I decided to not give up and see what results that gives me. It might take a while, but consistency will lead to progress. I decided to give the weightloss a kick up the arse and have an SP meal though with steak and ratatouille.
🧠 Brain food brunch! This was so needed to set me up for a day of assignment work 🤦🏻♀️ • Omelette with mushrooms, speedy spinach & onions. With two light and lean asda sausages 0.5syns each! So yummy & filling!
I’ve gained a few followers over the weekend, and I just wanted to say hello 🙌🏼 Soooo.. this is me 🤷🏻♀️ I’ll always be honest about what i eat. This photo unfortunately sums up the weekend - it’s not often that I steer off plan, but my beautiful daughter was admitted into hospital. Sometimes the most practical thing to do is eat dominoes & spend time as a family, whether it be in a hospital or not - just be thankful that we are all okay. Happy to say she is on the mend, and I haven’t gained back 5 stone 7.5lbs from one cheat meal 👏🏼

Sooo.. December is going to be my biggest challenge yet! I’ve already had a pretty bad week food wise, and after getting back on plan 100% today my husband came across a crêpe stand in the village 🙃 Mix that with a Christmas film & mulled wine, and you have a big ole gain 😂 BUT it’s the most wonderful time of the year 🎅🏽 and I’m aiming to be 80% on plan 🤷🏻♀️
Late lunch after shopping, collecting Jessica from nursery, food shopping and playing. . . . Filling up before we head out to post Jessica and thomas’ Santa letters...which include Jessica’s dummies 😬...not sure how she is going to cope with this.
