If there's any meal that shouts comfort food, it's homemade lasagne! And, we've got a healthier recipe for you! This meal has a large portion size, so we suggest sharing with a loved one 😊👉 - Estimated Calories: 470 Carbs 16.5g Fats 26.1g Protein 42.8g - 🍽 INGREDIENTS 50g 5% cooked beef mince 1 Egg 150g Creamed cottage cheese 25g Mozzarella 1 whole zucchini ¼ Onion Tsp Garlic salt Tsp oregano Tsp Basil Spinach ½ Can chopping tomato Salt and pepper - 🍽 METHOD Place paper sheet towel down on the bench, then place sliced zucchini in a single layer of paper towel and sprinkle with salt, and repeat. Then set aside for 30 minutes, this is to draw any water out of the zucchini. 2. Heat a non-stick pan and brown of your onion, add beef, basil, salt and pepper, oregano, and chopped tomato and bring to a simmer. 3. Combine cottage cheese, 1 egg, and oregano into a blender and blend until smooth. 4. Now to bring it all together, selecting medium size baking dish, sprinkle quinoa in the bottom (this is to absorb any liquid left over from zucchini), layer 1 layer of zucchini on the base of dish added mince then cottage cheese, spinach and sprinkle of cheese, repeat this for 1 other layer. On the last layer add just the cottage cheese mixture and left-over cheese. 5.Bake for 10 -15 on 180 of until the cheese has melted. 6. Cool for 20 minutes 7. Enjoy!!
almost forgot a #transformationtuesday post! the left was from last may, right was from earlier this march. i can remember that i used facetune to make my face seem slimmer because i was so unhappy. there’s still work to be done but we are making progress!
After maintaining this week at slimming world I've decided to 1. Plan my weekly meals 2. Try and be as syn free as possible And 3. Only drink one day a week. This may be hard with my upcoming trip to London and home for a week but I'm determined to loose something in the next 3 week's away from slimming world. I just need easy breakfast ideas. 💖HONESTY POST💖 Writing this for myself mainly tbh. When I first rejoined Slimming World (First pic) I was miserable, after a year of grief which lead to binge eating I gained almost two stone very, very quickly. My half stone award came fast (Pic 2) and I began feeling a bit better about myself. By the time Christmas came I had lost a stone (Pic 3) and that pretty much leads us up to now. I’m still at a one stone loss and was beginning to get a bit fed up, however, after consecutive losses two weeks in a row I am beginning to believe I can do it. Right now, and for the past year or so nights out have been the most nerve wracking, anxiety ridden places to be. 🙌🏼It’s been almost 2 years that I have known Scott, and it has been a long ride! 28 POUNDS GONE. This guy just does not quit! When I reach his age, I want to have a relentless disciplinary attitude. Edit: sorry I had to repost. My insta has been playing up. So I look at this and think yes i’ve come a long way.. but also, the after isn’t exactly how I wanted to look by now. It’s almost been 2yrs getting fit. And I have to admit, most of this last year I’ve been just maintaining. Then I keep getting annoyed at myself because I could’ve been further along with fat loss by now. So this is a reminder to myself, to get my focus back. And hopefully in another few months I will be happier with my after pic.. .. . .
