This used to be so hard for me. As a wife, mom, aunt, granddaughter, grandmother, sister, wife and more I always put others and their needs first. Who else can relate to this?!?! I have learned if I don’t stop and fill up my own tank with some form of self care then it’s really almost impossible to help others or myself when my tank is empty. Every weekend when I fill out my calendar I put down my own self-care (e.g., workouts, reading, hot baths, etc). 💕 It’s my goal to start off my day the right way and then I don’t keep changing and putting other things first. I am loving being an entrepreneur who is able to flex and set my work hours around my life. With homeschooling my son and helping out where I can with grandchildren this has been priceless. And now with the holidays upon us it is easy to get pulled in to a hectic schedule and emotions where I forget about my self-care. I am so grateful for my outstanding plant-based supplements that help keep my immunity, mood and energy level up. I made my commitment almost 4 years ago and have been consistent. 👊 When I finally learned how to love myself first – – including my wellness – – I have more for others.
