Hey yo, No lifting this weekend so It's time to get my 1941 Cadillac fixed this winter and ready to show for next year. This car has 38,000 original miles and sat in a museum in Boston, Massachusetts for a number of years. It's mostly all original. It's 348ci flathead V8 boasted a top speed of 90mph back in '41. The next year Cadillac made tanks for the war effort and no other cars were produced till after the war. This is truly the OG. So, question is.... who wants to see an LS swap? 😈 #woooooo#1941cadillac#cadilac#caddy#gm#survivor#cadillaclesalleclub#prewarcar#showcar#carshow#flatheadv8
Today, I wept. We wept. Yeah, yeah it's just a big hunk a metal. A materialistic object. But my white, 1966 Cadillac Coupe De Ville with red interior and a hula girl on the dash, was my dream car. I'm blessed to actually say, I owned my dream car. After 15 years I let her go today. We had a lot good times with her. She didn't drive down the road, she floated. Longer than a suburban, heavy as a tank, and she had craftsmanship you dont see in vehicles anymore. She was beautiful. I never got to cruise the Vegas strip with her or drive her thru the Colorado Rockies in the summer time like I wanted. But we had a lot of coastal cruises and around town fun together. I had to let her go today, its part of the changing tide. I'm gonna miss you Caddy. I'm gonna really miss you.
