Link in bio - Close V grip lat pull down- Controlled negatives and a 4-5 second pause on the full contraction. - Form tip 👉 Starting in the full stretch, I allow the grip to be directly above my head, opposed to up and in front of my face. Which is how I feel the best stretch in my lats! The moment I start to contract and pull the grip down, I shift my torso/head slightly back allowing the grip to pass easily. This is NOT momentum! This morning started out great! I was super pumped and ready for my appointment.... then there was an argument with John that threw me off for the rest of the day. . . I’ve cried a lot. I’m planning on going to bed very soon. It’s 7pm. . . My appointment ended up being 4 hours and it’s still not completely finished... another 2-3 hours to goooo 😬 . . On my way home, I got stuck in traffic and it took me over an hour to get home... where John had made me dinner and cleaned the house 🥗🏡 . . I’m still down, still sad, still kinda crying but I know I’ll be okay tomorrow 💕✨ . . These things happen, it’s a part of life and a part of being in an adult relationship, but man I hate being in these moods! Especially with him 💖 . . . Anywhoooo I dunno where this post is going, that’s just my sob story of the day and now I’m going to get ready for bed and sleep it off! 😴✌🏻 . .
