This actually came to me today. I was trying out a new workout. Now it has been some time since I worked out regularly, yet my body remembers so I decided to try out the stair climber. This happened to be an “advanced” workout only because of the moves and speeds. However, even the trainer said “advanced is a state of mind.” Anyone can do this it’s just a matter of overcoming those thoughts that tell us we can’t . . It’s a message that I know we all need because often times we feel we can’t do certain things because we feel we either don’t have the experience or we just aren’t good enough. That’s not true. We are capable of achieving so much if we just get out of our own way. Sometimes we are the ones holding ourselves back. It takes realizing that and then stepping out of our way . . Step out of your comfort zone and really go for what you want. Live your life knowing that you did your best, you are worthy, and are capable of everything. There’s medicine in the sky. When I was dealing with some intense anxiety several years ago, I made an effort to catch the sunset every night. I would drive to an open field or park on the side of the road if I had to quite literally chasing the sunset. . . There’s medicine in the sky ~ the way it’s never the same yet always beautiful in its own uniqueness. I’ve always believed that sunrises and sunsets are mother nature’s paintings, but unlike ordinary paintings, her work of art changes from one moment to the next in such an extraordinary way. . . I’m sharing this with you because when life gets hard, when not living your purpose gets old, when you’re feeling lost or sad or lonely or dim, remember that nature is always there...sunrises and sunsets are always there. Take note of the soul medicines that are so readily available to you. Take note of the things that bring you a sense of peace and chase them because they heal. . . I didn’t have to go far for this one and what a treat it was. To soul medicines ~ to sunrises and sunsets. 🌅💚
This is for all of you who ghost others and hate how it feels when someone does it to you. Ghosting is contagious. Once it happens to you, it makes it more likely you’ll do it to someone else. It might be the easy choice in the moment, but it’s bad karma for you and everyone else. People aren’t disposable (even though the apps make you feel like they are) and being a grownup and having the occasional tough conversation is part of the deal for this human thing we’re doing at the moment. (Maybe it’ll be easier if we’re sea turtles next time around?) Be the change you want to see in dating.
🗣 How long have they truly remained in your life because it’s what’s familiar? Drama. Dysfunction. Abuse. Toxic conversations. Bizarre vibes every time. But it’s familiar we say, so then we go back and our dreams become nightmares that we go to bed with and wake up with. What’s beautiful about life, even moments like these that are often times painful, help us come back closer to self love. Because self love doesn’t hang out with dysfunction. Self love knows to walk in a completely different direction no matter who it is, if it is going to be a dysfunctional situation or relationship. CURRENT MOOD- Breathing in, I am enough. Breathing out, I surrender. I find mantras to be supportive when I’m in the process of healing shit that’s been in me a while- like over-doing and trying to control. Hence 👆👆 mantra above Because I know how powerful the mind is in determining how we feel, I also individualize mantras for my private 1:1 clients to aid in their healing and transformation. One of my clients has been hearing her inner bully tell her she needs permission to speak up for herself. We created a healing mantra, “my body deserves this” to specifically to support her to keep her massage appt, and not apologize for taking care of herself. As a result, when she was confronted about taking time for herself, which was perceived as being “too much” time, she called upon the feeling this mantra gave her and felt empowered instead of apologetic for giving herself what her body needed. These past few weeks have been so hard for me. So much happened and is continuing to happen. But amongst all the horrors and hardships I’ve faced I came to a huge realization that changed my mindset. No one is going to treat you like you can treat you. Don’t expect them to. Expect nothing from anyone. They will let you down. No one is going to love you like you can. Don’t be hard on yourself for the mistakes you’ve made or things you wish happened differently. Change what you can, accept what you can’t & trust that God has you covered in all aspects of life. You are the creator, the author in your story... Don’t let others dictate how your chapters will play out. If people treat you like shit, accept it for what it is and move on.. just remind them to “keep that same energy” and stay far tf away from you. You don’t have to feel bad for maintaining your energy and controlling your mental stability. & Don’t you fucking ever bring yourself down to their level of pettiness. You’re kindness does NOT make you weak. Instead, love yourself more. Do little things for yourself, treat your body and mind like you would want other to. Spend time alone with positive thoughts. Take walks, go on trips and enjoy the world even if you have to do it alone. Make the best out of every situation, don’t let others negativity put you in a place you don’t want to be. You have a dream? Go for it. A business idea? Start that. A heart of gold? SHARE THAT. You have no Idea how much greatness you will accomplish if you DON’T GIVE UP! Keep shining, keep praying & keep showing & spreading love. It’s important. 💕🥰🌻✨
So. If you would have told me a couple of years ago that I would post myself with no makeup on social media I would have told you that you were bat shit crazyyy...but I suppose I can say that for almost everything I have in my life right now💁🏼♀️😜 . But here I am. No makeup, no filter, no hair extensions, no lash extensions, just me with my large pores, breakouts and discolourations..but I have come to love all of my “flaws” I once thought I had and I don’t talk negatively about myself anymore and it’s completely changed how I look at the woman I am. . Nobody is perfect, even if their photos on here make it seem like they are. We all have our insecurities and inner battles no one knows about so with that being said, here is a friendly reminder. . Be kind. You never have any idea what someone is going through in their life, be the light and the reason that someone believes in good people again, be the person that encourages people to love all of themselves, even the parts they might not like. . The world and social media is full of hate, let’s do something positive and uplifting instead and in return I promise it will bring you so much love and so many blessings💜💕

Talking with a friend, doing yoga, meditation, journaling, joining a support group ect are all effective ways to relive stress and not allow it to build up too much! 2️⃣𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐄𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐃: One of the main reasons for fatigue is overworking. Try to stream like your list of absolute must do activities. Set your priorities of most important tasks. 𝟑️⃣𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐄: This will not only only help you sleep better kore then likely but also give you a boost of energy in your day! It helps your body release stress endorphins or you could go for a brisk walk for a little extra energy! 4️⃣𝐂𝐘𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄: When you’re constantly drinking caffeine your body becomes dependent but not only that, it can start to have the opposite of desired effect on your body. I recommend if you’re a heavy coffee drinker to drink for two weeks then slowly wean off to feel more of that natural energy and substitute for black tea then you can go back! 𝟓️⃣𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐊 𝗪𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑: If your body is feeling short of fluids the first thing you’ll feel is fatigue. It’s not some pricey sports drink, drink more water AND for a little extra something to wake up, try a cold shower on the morning! What was most helpful to learn? LMK below 👇🏼💛
