Things change if you make them change. This was our first official project 3 years ago. Initially a flip, ended up being a Buy-to-Let. Finally today with a lot of persistence we have exchanged contracts to sell to allow growth in other areas of the business. You have to be prepared to make changes and not be afraid to do so. Life and business can quickly become stagnant if you don’t move yourself along. What was a decision 3 years ago for a first project isn’t what serves us today. Learn, apply, grow and move forward. 🍳 🐟 🍅 Is your nutrition supporting your health & fitness goals? Eating what we perceive to be, healthier foods, is where most people start in pursuit of their wellbeing goals. Let’s assume good old Peggy wants to lose some body fat. In pursuit of this goal, she starts off by switching out her lunch time meal deals for salads, & her evening takeaways for home cooked variations. Cracking start Peggy mate. She has the odd blip where she falls off the wagon but 80% off the time she’s on it like a car bonnet. Well in Peggy mushaaaa. Fast forward a couple of months and Peggy is rather despondent. This is largely due to the fact she’s lost no where near as much fat as she had hoped. But then Peggy had a thought 💭 “My nutrition is ‘healthier’ these days. But isn’t fat loss the result of a biochemical reaction that occurs in the body? I could eat eggs, salmon, chicken & steak every day for the next 6 years, but if I’m not burning off more energy then I consume, I’ll never lose any fat?” Surely fat loss isn’t just about an energy balance? Peggy then awakened from her thoughts to see an advert from Slimming World. Chips she thought. I know I've shared before but 2018 was such a year of growth for me. I really dove into self development and learned so much about myself & areas I need to grow in. I believe God brings us through things in life to teach us more about ourselves and remind us of our reliance on Him. Its not a popular opinion, but I honestly don’t think starting anything is hard and I have a hard time giving anyone credit for it. Starting is easy. It’s why we all start diets, start a gym membership, start businesses, start hobbies, start new jobs. Anyone can start anything because new seems so attractive and easy - It’s the courage to continue that counts. It’s the strength to stay the course when it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. It’s the audacity to get back up when you’re faced with failure. It’s giving yourself grace and doing without excuses when you screw up. Those are the warriors I admire, the people who don’t let life happen TO them, but are determined to make life happen FOR them. Rise up and continue, because the only difference between wishers and do-ers is the determination to KEEP GOING.

Hi guys. How are you today ? You probably noticed that I love balancing postures.😜 I think it’s to do with the rhythm of life and constantly having to find a balance in everything . Jinanasana is one of my all time favourite toe balancing asanas. It feels good in my body and it’s good for my mind. Did you notice that you tend to be drawn to different asanas depending on what life throws at you ? When I need courage and strength to make important decisions or overcome obstacles I tend to practice strength building asanas ( Warriors, arm balances etc). When I need to be more gentle, compassionate, loving and carrying I practice Heart Openers. When I feel out of balance ( which happens a lot 🙈) I practice Balancing postures. When I need calm and clear mind I practice inversions etc.Yogis never perceive body and mind as separate. Everything works together and has an impact on one another. Balanced body means balanced mind and vice versa . On another note I wanted to share with you how much I love my @vayumudra set. It’s so incredibly soft and literally feels like a second skin.
