SEALFIT WEEK3 •Last Friday’s snack: -Warm up -5RM bench press”did 280lbs x 4 - Strength: -5% off 5RM for 5 reps then -10% off for 2 sets of 5 reps - Stamina: Chipper- not timed- 50x bench press at 135lbs then 100x close grip bench press with bar. - Work Capacity: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 •Man makers •pull-ups •2x sit-ups- Unfortunately didn’t have time to do the Echo bike which I use in place of running due to foot injury. - Being real and honest we all have those days where we are tired and don’t feel 💯. The “Man Makers” were no joke and I wasn’t feeling super energetic. It was one of those workouts that definitely is not your fastest time where your going through the motions and just grinding it out to finish. - These are the days that make us better and improve our mental fortitude when you want to just stop the workout because your tired and don’t want to do it.. Do it... go through the motions.. get it done... While our fishing was quite slow, this cute little seal looked pretty well fed. Guess it had more success, while hunting the rocky shoreline in front of our kayaks. And afterwards he/she had a lot of time to spend, relaxing in the sunlight.
