Wall Pass Technique Instructions 1. Defender plays to the to attacker. 2. Attacker receives the ball and runs at the defender, looking to execute a wall pass with the support players. 3. Attacker finishes on goal or defender gains possession to end the run. Progress to a 2v2 plus wall players. Coaching Points: Attacker: 1. First touch. 2. Attacking mentality. 3. Pace. 4. Accuracy of pass. 5. Change of speed to get behind the defender. Wall Players: 1. Movement. 2. Body position. 3. Angle/Distance of support. 4. Accuracy of pass.
