Eggs are my favorite cheap, easy source of protein. 🥚 And don’t be afraid of the yolk y’all! Per the USDA the yolk contains 43% of the protein in an egg! 🍳 It also contains essential fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Comment below with your favorite way to eat eggs! Mine is probably scrambled!
Managed a 23 hour fast for the first time, mostly because I was tired from Saturdays activities and had a headache but I did it! Breaking my fast with breakfast for lunch - scrambled eggs with sriracha, pork patties and haggis. OK, so the haggis isn't exactly keto but, sue me I'm Scottish 🏴😂
🤗 8lbs lost last week so I'm trying to keep the momentum going into week 2 of my weight and fat-loss journey ✨🎉 . . 😋 It's really helping me stick to not snacking on crap later in the day by having a tasty, protein packed breakfast (or in this case, brunch!)🧀🥚 . . 🍴 It also really helps that I'm making my food more interesting and tastier which is making me stick to my goal! 🍽️ . . Scrambled eggs with smoked Bavarian ham and Weightwatchers mature cheddar grated cheese is the one! 😋🧀🥚 Really tasty and not completely calorie laden. Approx 350 for this little lot! 😎 Yummo!! 😋😊☺️

Of course had the #avocado 😝 with black sesame seeds #cleaneating mmh possibly 🤷🏼♀️whatever...it tasted good! #zimchefs... these are the kind of eggs my mama used to make when she had 4 eggs and 8 kids to feed...keto been around for ever 🙈🤣🤣🤣#growingupinzimbabwe 🇿🇼 #makeaplan 🤣
The last breakfast (my husband’s actually, not mine). We were sad to be leaving sunning Dartmouth on Saturday morning, but judging by the south bound traffic on the M5 our timing was perfect. We fuelled up for the drive home with breakfast in our lovely hotel @dartmarinahotel_dartmouth I had the eggs Royal and my husband went all out with a hearty full English.
