In questa domenica di cross non potevano mancare i nostri grandi atleti impegnati nel Campionato di Società di Cross. La squadra allievi si è subito fatta valere e sopratutto notare dominando la prima prova a Cellatica-Bs- Grande prestazione per Polizzi e Pintus che arrivano in volata affiancati e chiudono al 2° e 3° posto, poco dietro Cipriani è 7°. La classifica per società di questa prima fase vede la squadra allievi della Nuova Atletica Astro al 1° posto. I don’t know about you but I’m feeling 22 🎶 More precisely I’m feeling like I used to feel on a Sunday morning when I was 22. Tired, sore, headache, hungry, unsure why I do this to myself. The morning after a #longrun kind of feels like a hangover. But I’ll probably do it again next weekend anyway 😉

* ✔Day.20. LLHM Training - 5miles ✔Day.20 Red January * Well that was tough. I went out much, much later than normal today, I'm a morning runner, get it over and done with and I can just chill for the rest of the day, but we had a late night last night, I decided to have a lay in this morning and then we spent the morning catching up on tv (something we don't do very often). . At 2.5miles I decided that I hate running and I don't want to do it anymore and it's stupid, then I told myself to shut up and get on with it which resulted (eventually) in a 5mile PB - I shaved off 7mins from last year's 5miles from my GNR training in the Summer, so proper chuffed with this! .
