Squat it out! A few weeks back when I started the high caliber 30 day challenge!

My workout was pretty hard today after getting off work so I made sure I at least got my squats and deadlifts in! 💪🏼🙌🏽 . . . By the way I hate my new lifting set up. I feel like it’s not level and throws me off a bit! But! It’s better than nothin and gets the job done💯
This was 4 weeks ago and I have went up in weight significantly 🙌🏽 getting a lot stronger and feel 💯 . . . Side note: I LOVE TRAINING SHOULDERS!

Pretty happy with my results after the 30 day challenge. I still have a ways to go, but I’m happy to lose my baby weight. After 8 months I finally got rid of the baby weight and I am starting to feel like myself again! Here is to another 12 week program💪🏼
Today is a good day to hit some PR’s. 115 on squat 🙌🏽🍑 killed some lower body.
GOOOOD MORNING!!! Who is ready to kill today??!. . . . For me, keeping a positive mindset is something I have to work on every single day! Especially when some people really put me in a funk! It has taken a lot of time and I’m still working on not giving people a reaction. It’s what I’m good at. It was how I was raised. . . . So today I’m going to work on myself and put my energy into more positive productive things! Instead of bullshit and people who try to get the best of me. 🙌🏽👌🏼
Running errands type of day! . . Also gave myself a great deep stretch sesh. . . Two sick kids later and of course now I’m sick! 😷🤧 Gonna rest good tonight and hopefully feel better tomorrow 🙏🏼
My favorite superset for triceps is skull crushers followed by close grip bench. Now obviously it’s not too much weight so I do more reps, I usually go till they burn out. 💪🏼 . . . My form isn’t that terrible my phone was crooked 😂🤣

I really needed to blow off some steam and negativity today, so what better then some lower body! . . . I was going to do some deep stretching and yoga, but then I thought that’s just not gonna cut it and get my mind right so I crushed some PR’s and went heavy. . . . Some things I have learned and I struggle with is you can’t control how others view or see you, no matter what your intentions are. I am a very reactive person. Which is not a good trait. It also doesn’t take very much to send me to 10. I stand up for what I believe. I keep a lot to myself and give people the benefit of the doubt, but it’s a struggle being the bigger person. . . . RANT OVER! Destroyed my legs today. Gotta get that cake up 🍑I hope every one else is having a great night or day wherever you are ❤️
It was nice to be gone for a few days and spend some quality time with the ones I love BUT its times to get home. See my pups get back in the gym and get back into my nutrition again. Here’s to a great week filled with positivity ❤️❤️
