What’s for Breaky.....Gluten Free Mini Savory Pancakes topped with avocado spread, chicken chorizo & veggies. Use yr fave gluten free pancake mix, to mashed🥑avocado add lime juice, fresh chopped chives, dried oregano, chopped garlic, S&P. Cook chicken chorizo until crisp then add smaller diced celery, red onion & 🥕 carrot, cook until veggies r tender. To cooked mini pancakes, first avocado spread, then chicken chorizo & veggies. Ingredients for one of my easy and light morning go tos - #avocadotoast or my #brekkie #avotoast. Simple to do - toast bread, rub a little garlic across while it’s still hot, smash or slice #avo, layer #avocado, #redonions, #cilantro and because I like a little heat, I like to add crush red pepper, drizzle with bit of olive oil and a squeeze of 🍋. Haven’t decided if it’ll be tea or ☕️yet! 😂. Time to eat! Make it a great day!
