Influence comes from your exterior, other peoples words, actions, behaviours, media, newspapers, social media, public image etc. THESE are our influences, where many of your ideas about yourself & life come from. . YOU CHOOSE We have a wonderful mind, where unconcious, subconcious & conscious thoughts shape our world, the way that we view it. Your unconcious & subcinciois are the thoughts that we tell ourselves everyday that we don't even question, they happen & we react. Where did these come from, you? Well maybe, maybe a part of it is genetic, maybe a huge part is your environment from birth. Do what would have happened if your environment would have been totally different, would you have a different unconcious way if thinking. Of course you would. . CONSCIOUS YOU DECIDE Whether you believe your thoughts are from your environment or genetically, if you learn to spot what they are saying & challenge them if they are unhelpful ones to you, you can decide to change them, you can interupt & change your thought pattern as if you were in a completely helpful environment. . HOW? Journal your thoughts Like myself at the beginning you may not even know that you are able to spot unconcious thoughts or that we even function this way. You can learn Write down your thoughts, when you feel uneasy, uncomfortable, like running, upset, confused, angry etc. Then what was happening at the time? Where were you, who was there? HOW you felt, which emotions came up. What were you thinking? Challenge it? Is it true? Is it you or the environment? What is the evidence? Is it helpful to you? . You may find thoughts that are not true. That a certain environment is a cause. That people around you bring emotions within you up. That these emotions are from the past, brought back frim a similar situation. From here you can work on
