Training has been great now that I’m not sick😷😳 I’ve been doing bodybuilding sessions every day along with my other lifts. Feeling better about some imbalances I have!! And I’m still able to hit good numbers on my lifts doing this..... so increasing my calorie intake has been working 😉👏🏼 My weight is currently about 130. I can’t wait to see where it’s at in a few weeks!! 😁 Hope you enjoyed this little update 👍🏼 and this random video of me doing backflips, because why not?! 😜🤓
Exhausted. 2018 has been beyond amazing. I am also looking forward to wrapping up this week and celebrating the holidays THEN 2 weeks of vacation. Earned it! Rest is just as important as the work.
